I trained here for about 3-4 days (mind you 2 of those days there was a snow storm so it was dead). The other workers weren’t necessarily rude but lacked normal manners. The manager was in fact so rude to me. My first day on my own I worked with a bunch of others I had not met yet. Not one person introduced themselves or made me feel welcomed. I felt really uncomfortable even asking questions but still did.. Mind you I’ve served before, it’s the matter learning how they operate like any serving job. During my first shift on my own the manager was giving me feedback in a very unprofessional way, i felt very attacked back to back things.. (they were also very simple things like my shoes, or forgetting to grab a bag with a ToGo box mind you) And then making comments rudely yelling, that I needed more training which was perfectly okay with me. But she never put it into place. I actually got compliments from my tables that day. Specifically one table who had been served a raw steak and I apologized. She had told me I was a wonderful server and this problem isn’t with me. She told me she was going to tell the manager how good of a server I was and give her feedback about the situation. Also in the back there are customer comments on the wall and so many comments about there steaks being served raw was insane. But basically with being very uncommunicated with and put through lots of hassle I ended up calling before my next shift and being told that I was being let go and when I asked for a reason why, she just stated “it’s not working out”. But had a lot to say about me to my case manager who just needed proof I was no longer working there and did not need any of the information she gave about me.. No real reason to me though. There for I personally will never eat here again. An honestly felt like my time was very waisted and almost disrespected. Okay sorry that’s my little rant. 😶🌫️✌🏻
Raw and cold mozzarella sticks. Can't get ahold of anyone at the restaurant.

Had a horrible experience there. We sat down and waited for about 30 minutes and a server never went to our table. We didn’t even get to order drinks. Servers would pass our table and wouldn’t even turn around to look at us. We ended up getting up and leaving.

I was so disappointed in my lunch. I ordered the smash burger and it wasn't smashed or juicy. Also no sauce came with it and the fries were so so. Had great service, just wish food could have been better .
I do enjoy southwest salad when have ate here before

It's been about 10 years since I've been to a Chili's. Now I remember why. They didn't have what I originally wanted so I settled for something else. Food was fair at best. Service wasn't very good.

Terrible experience. I waited 45 min for my to go order and everything was wrong. My burger was wrong, the burger in the appetizer had onions when I asked for no onion, the chicken tenders were undercooked and the fajitas didn’t even come with their tortillas! On top of that when I went to pay it was adding an additional tip, I said I didn’t want to tip after I waited 45 min and saw my burger was wrong they had to re make, manager said there was no tip but after scrolling down he corrected himself and saw the additional amount being added for a tip. Then he said I first need to swipe my card then I can take off the tip… promised it wouldn’t charge me for the tip. I swiped my card and it charged me for the tip, then he changed his story and said well the tip will fall off your card tomorrow. Makes no sense first you say there’s no tip being added, then says I can change the tip after I swipe my card, then say the tip will fall off my card?? Ridiculous I would never recommend this place such a scam.

I would like to start by saying that the Nashville Mozzarella sticks are life changing. A unique experience for sure. Combining the flavor of a buffalo wing into a massive mozzarella stick is genius. However, that appears to be the only redeemable quality of this location. The server was generous and attentive, however we waited over 15 minutes before we were even greeted by our server for drinks. Perhaps they were short staffed at the time, so this wasn’t a big issue for me since I have worked in the food industry and understand this happens sometimes. The food was also disappointing. The chicken crispers seemed to have been fried with old batter and don’t compare to similar chains. The Mac and cheese side was so devoid of flavor that I didn’t eat any after the first bite. The bathrooms were so filthy I considered going to the neighboring Taco Bell to use the restroom there instead. Another table near us was complaining about how long their food was taking, they claimed over an hour. I believe the manager refunded the cost of the meal. However, despite this experience, I will return for the Mozzarella sticks. Perhaps as takeout next time.

I visited this location for the first time in 10 years because the last time I was here I asked for no cilantro and my food came with it. When I brought it up they said it was pre made with it in already. I ended up paying for food that was gross. This time I asked for no cilantro on a salad. They brought it with it on again. I spent most of my time trying to pick it off. They offered to remake it so I said I would appreciate it. At the end of the visit I got charged twice for my salad and had to say something again to get that fixed. My second dad took forever and I didn't get my food until most of my family had finished eating.
My wife had the steamed broccoli and there was dirt on the broccoli.
I can't imagine we will be back to this location.

This were my first visit.i got a nasty look as I came in I told the guy I have a party of 8 adults and 2 small kids that need high chair! He had to check with his manager before trying to seat us upon his return he told me it would a 30 minute or so wait the place was kind of empty. As I was leaving the restroom I noticed 2 long length table empty I asked him about them he got an attitude and said they only hold people I will never visit there again

I asked the waitress, what it would cost to substitute chili for fries. She said 90 cents. When I got the bill i was $3.49 cents more for 6 oz of water Chili, we will NEVER go back

Got To-Go for a late lunch, we ordered Chipotle Chicken Crispers. Got home took my first bite, the texture was off I knew it was under cooked then looked at another piece it was raw! Called to get a refund.

Disappointed about the mozz sticks. Came from all the rave about it on tiktok and it didn’t pull at all.
came in on veterans day. they were relatively busy, so we sat at the bar. the couple next to us had to have their food fixed multiple times and nobody came to check on them. they ended up walking out! our food was mediocre, service was almost non existent. asked the manager if they had a bartender or not, and he just said they’re extremely busy. had to get my napkins from the host stand, and they were the napkins they use for wiping tables.

The place is filthy please spend down time cleaning ceilings and getting cobwebs and dust off the air ducts every time the air kicks on it dropped on tables come on a little house keeping goes far. 110. for lunch WTH
