So this is a little late, but I recieved the best service I've ever seen at this Chipotle. I have allergies and they communicated throughout the entire line, took all the spoons out and replaced them, and everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. 10/5. I've been a regular customer here for a long time, and have always enjoyed their food.
Although the employees can be quite rude; I once had one straight-up insult me after making a simple mistake, and the owner chose not to do anything after I sent a complaint (a simple "please don't do that" would've sufficed). If that's allowed, that's a deal-breaker for me. Fortunately, there are other Mexican restaurants around and even other Chipotles...

We catered a pre-wedding dinner - July 5th, I think, and we picked up around6pm ... I think. The young woman who helped get all the catered boxes to our vehicle deserves a raise. I'm so sorry I do not remember her name!!!! She was shorter and younger with longer dark hair. There were a few big guys working, too, and for some reason, they did not carry the heavier boxes out. Boo to them! But she was a rockstar and handled all with a great attitude. There was some spillage,...
