Amazing location always scooping fair portions and the employees go above and beyond. I eat here nearly every day and have never been disappointed. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

the people here are always smiling and are so kind to me, which i haven’t experienced at any other location. they are always incredibly generous with their portions as well. when me and my boyfriend walked in they were cleaning and making the place look nice. i will always keep going back to chipolte!!

Mobile only now. Came for the Veterans Day special, and was greeted with a sign stating NO indoor seating, service, or ordering available. Veterans Day special not available on mobile, so, to QDOBA across the street we go.

Delivered our $150 lunch order to the grass outside our building didn’t even bother to go inside. The building. Much less bring it to the reception desk.
We had to do online ordering in the store I didn't get exactly what I wanted and I'm a small portioned eater so I love to add more meat but less other items. Wasn't very good for picky eaters

If you are “ Too understaffed online orders Only”, Don’t even open at all. The rare chance that they do take in person orders, the staff have an attitude and skimp on portioning.

For how little meat you get with your bowl, you would think the employees are paying for it themselves.
Chips stale, vinegarette old and thick. Food was ok. Restaurant dirty no silverware, dirty tables and counters. Best option is to go to north 27th or southpointe location :(
don’t give you any vinaigrette and it’s expensive.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited for 10 minutes trying find a someone to finish my order, but whoever was assigned to serve the food decided to leave.
