Got my food it was cold. Then they left a lot of it out. Was told to call a 1800 number. To where they offered me a buy one get one free. This was my first and last time to ever eat there. Also never got the coupon in my email for that buy one get one free.

Out of Napkins at 6:51pm on a Wednesday.
We were wondering why their lobby had no one sitting in there... Turns out there is no Napkins. The soda machine looked dirty, same thing with the food line. Dining room area showed the same residue as pop machine. Food line looked stocked, but to be honest it already looks like they are trying close by having everything filled below half.

My brother was visiting in town and went to eat on Sunday, December 15th, meal was fine but he realized he left his Stetson leather hat there the next day. That is on him. He called the next day and they said they had it in their office but couldn’t find it. They took his phone number and would look. He went to the store later and they said they would look on the security cameras. Then he received a call from another employee, after leaving his contact number, saying it was thrown away. It isn’t sanitary to keep things like that around. I live in Lincoln and don’t usually eat at the Chipotle on O. Disappointed in the service.

I arrived when the store opened and ended up waiting 20 minutes to be served with one person ahead of me , the place looked unclean for just opening there was no meat prepared two boys started cooking meat and nobody greeted customers as they filed in , I would expect staff to at least say we'll be with you in a minute or something .... customer service was terrible food tasted good but over priced for what I feel I got $27.+ For two meals that looked child sized ...this place has really gone down hill as so many have

One of my favorites place to eat. Especially when I am trying to loose weight . The only problem is the chicken. Very inconsistent the way they cooked the chicken. Sometimes is nicely grill . Most of the times is very moisty not grill looking. Maybe they want to cooked it . The same way they cooked a stake.
Constant issues where they can only take cash or you have to use an app to.make an order. It's ridiculous how often this only happens to chiptoles. Would not even take my cash today. This experience happens to often at chiptoles and only chiptoles

I really love this location but when I went today the portion sizes were the worst I’ve had. I even had to ask / pay for extra meat because there was hardly any in the bowl that I got. The food was also cold (no meat up front) had to go on the side to get it and the chips were stale

Fast-like super fast-service, food tasted good, plentiful serving. Only drawback was the tables and counters needed a wipe down-place was super busy and kids working were friendly and nice, just maybe too busy to get to the clean up right away.
