Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered online, had it delivered. Wrong order. I try to call Chipotle (because it sure as hell wasn't door dash who prepared the order) and you can't talk to anyone. It's an automated voice basically telling you that you're screwed out of your money and the food you want. So disappointed because I love chipotle but when we can't even get an issue resolved right away, no. That immedi makes me never want to order here again.

I have visited this restaurant many times before. And normal the service and food is very good. But not today.
1. It was obvious that the person starting my order and the person in the kitchen has issues.
2. No pinto beans, white rice, no guacamole and they scraped the container to get me a few black beans.
3. When the second person behind the counter went to get more guacamole, the cashier started to serve the customers behind me. Then when the person returned with the guacamole, the cashier kept getting in the way of the person trying to finish my order.
4. Then I had to wait for the cashier to finish serving the people behind me to check me out.
5. I asked for my receipt, but was told sorry. But was told it was put in the trash.
6. No silverware.
7. The place was not very busy. I have been there when there was a lot more customers and still had good service.

$17 for a burrito with minimal protein, barely wrapped in the tortilla? Even though the flavors were good, I could only eat half of it before everything fell out. Good reminder that local is ALWAYS better than chipotle.

Walked in and was told that they couldn't serve me because they were only taking online orders. Not a great experience. Won't be back to this location.

white rice was hard. most of the time the rice is hard but its at least chewable. this time i went the rice was way too hard. too bad i order pick up or else i wouldve wanted a refund

Do these people know what a burrito is supposed to look like? The burrito I got today resembled…..a sack? It was tiny as well… not sure what’s going on but whoever is doing the online orders here are awful at putting these burritos together. The portion sizes used to be great but this is an overpriced burrito put together by somebody who doesn’t know what a burrito is supposed to look like. How do you fold a burrito so all the tortilla is folded up in the middle of it? Its baffling. Why am I paying so much for this???

If the portions get any smaller, just call it all a kids menu

It’s chipotle… so you would think it would be 5 stars.
However, this location is not always clean, and their chips can be super oily!
Overall, there are better Chipotles in town, but Chipotle is always a good idea.

If I could give a 0. Ordered pickup at 09:30PM, mobile app said ready for pick up at 0930 at the register and as I got there, my order was never processed. At 942 the girl asked for my name and said she’ll get my order ready but told me she’s going to help the couple in line that JUST got inside and I’ve been there since 09:30. 09:51 she never made my food. I left will file dispute for chargeback.

Literally the best restaurant to ever exist

Came in at about 9:30, says open till 11. Ignored by the 3 employees i could see for 5 minutes. Like not even greeted, left.

customer service was horrible the worker was very stingy with the food i got a rice bowl and they barely put any rice i asked for beans max 20 beans on my bowl was skimpy on the corn salsa and sour cream but put a very big scoop of gauc and tomato salsa food was very cold
