Truly was disappointed. I go in during the lunch break and everything always seemed organized and ran properly. I got in during dinner at 5:00-5:30 you know right when the rush hits and they were out of everything and had to wait 10 minutes for stuff to be cooked. Employees standing around doing nothing. Very unorganized. You would think for a dinner rush you’d be ready with a second serving ready for when you run out. Happens every-time I go in for dinner. Poor management at night maybe?

Walked in and the serving line was a mess food everywhere. No ice in the machine. The dining room was a mess as well. Tables dirty and floor. Just over all disorganized.

Ordered take out and the bottom of my bag was soaked. They didn’t drain the black beans at all, the rice is stale VERY STALE. meet it over cooked, i asked for extra pico and idk if they were trying to be funny but they basically dumped a whole bowl of it in there, food is cold, like no sign of heat at all. My bowl is a cold sopping mess and im not happy. For how much i had to pay , is ridiculous.
I’d very much like to talk to somebody about this and get is addressed without having to drive back to the location.
I’ve wrote a complaint and a review.
Still nothing.

Edit: I’ve already submitted a complaint through the link. Still nothing. I’ve sent in a couple now. That link is to make them look better but they don’t actually care

I’m never coming to this location again. I got looks of annoyance as soon as I walked in. While I was telling the person making my burrito what toppings I wanted, he just walked away without saying anything and started helping at the register. Once my burrito was done, he just said, “There you go,” and turned away. Never again smh

Food is cold after waiting over 20 minutes for pickup order. Ordered a veggie burrito and it contains steak. This is a health hazard.

Food is always thrown together. My burrito is never wrapped in the tinfoil all the way so by the time I get my food it’s cold. You can’t call the chipotle store directly. Instead you get someone from a call center. Save your money and go to anywhere else. This location has gone down hill fast. Not sure if it’s new management or what.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Chipotle and received my burritos without being properly wrapped in foil. Instead, they were placed unwrapped in the bag, which caused them to arrive cold. Not only is this disappointing from a customer service perspective, but it also raises potential food safety concerns. Additionally, it’s frustrating that there’s no way to directly contact the store since all calls are routed through an automated system. Overall, this experience suggests a lack of attention to quality and customer care. Won’t be coming back.

Ran out of white rice and carne asada by 5pm on a Sunday, guacamole was chunky, every table was dirty with rice on it from previous customers. One of the worse ones in town from my experience. Won't be going there again. Take pride in your workplace people.

my pick up order was supposed to be done 6:50. Waited until 7:20. finally got my order and they were out of lid and took 5 more minutes to replace those. Not one worker apologized or even seem like they were trying to speed things up. Even the line took long.

I love Chipotle, but this location is absolutely terrible with portion sizes. I ordered two bowls with carne asada. The first had maybe 6 small pieces of meat. For the second, I ordered a double portion of carne asada, expecting more since I know how stingy they are. My “double” portion came with only 5 tiny pieces of meat total — not even enough to feed my 5-lb cat. For this, they charged me an extra $6.50. Paying $6.50 for 5 bites of carne asada is outrageous. This location is known for skimping on protein, and after this experience I will not be returning.

This place takes on way too many orders. Always backed up. The staff is rude. Half the time there's garbage and clutter piled up near the checkout area. Way too much trouble for mid food.

I ordered online, had it delivered. Wrong order. I try to call Chipotle (because it sure as hell wasn't door dash who prepared the order) and you can't talk to anyone. It's an automated voice basically telling you that you're screwed out of your money and the food you want. So disappointed because I love chipotle but when we can't even get an issue resolved right away, no. That immedi makes me never want to order here again.

I have visited this restaurant many times before. And normal the service and food is very good. But not today.
1. It was obvious that the person starting my order and the person in the kitchen has issues.
2. No pinto beans, white rice, no guacamole and they scraped the container to get me a few black beans.
3. When the second person behind the counter went to get more guacamole, the cashier started to serve the customers behind me. Then when the person returned with the guacamole, the cashier kept getting in the way of the person trying to finish my order.
4. Then I had to wait for the cashier to finish serving the people behind me to check me out.
5. I asked for my receipt, but was told sorry. But was told it was put in the trash.
6. No silverware.
7. The place was not very busy. I have been there when there was a lot more customers and still had good service.
