Ordered a burrito like I do everyday, and this time there was something rotten or spoiled in the food, ate about half the burrito while it didn’t taste right the whole time thinking maybe I just wasn’t feeling well. It tasted really strong tastes that made me gag and by that point it made me throw up. I order food hear multiple times a week and don’t usually have issues but this has happened to me a few times now over the last year and it’s disappointing as a regular customer.

This place in lincoln is one of the worst ive dealt with. Every time i go, the staff is rude and just dont seem to care about anything. Today. Its 5pm and i go get a bowl. Chickeb and steak were all gone and while they were mak8ng more, ITS 5PM why wouldnt you have this ready by supper rush. I work for a large office in this area, lot of unhappy people lately due to the issues with orders from here.

I love chipotle. This Chipotle is NOT the one to go to. The pico had ZERO flavor. It legit tasted like old tomatoes and nothing else. The pine lake pico is 🔥🔥compared to the one here. The chicken was unbelievably dry. It was also cold. But I’ve never had such dry chicken from Chipotle. Pictures can’t do it justice— this location has gone downhill. I used to love it at this location, but I will not be back. You can get better Chipotle anywhere else in town.

The wife and I ate here 12-04-24 at approximately 1:30PM, we ordered a bowl and a burrito. The food was great with the exception of the chicken had several bones in it.
Every table in the establishment had food debris on them, there was food on the floor etc., there obviously wasn't anyone assigned to clean the dining room.
Finally, they had "rap" music blaring so loud in the building that you could hardly carry on a conversation. We have visited the Chipotle near Southpoint and found that to be head and shoulders above what we experienced at the Pioneers location.

I normally love Chipotle, but this one in Lincoln left me disappointed 😞. Food was not the same. Guacamole was definitely not fresh. The meat was also super dry. Will stick to the one in Omaha.
Chipotle is my all time favorite. Portion is huge and everything is always made fresh and ready.

Meh. That's all I can say about this place. It looks like a really decent fast casual Mexican experience, but it's just a glorified Taco Bell. (No disrespect to Taco Bell, of course) The food is really expensive, when it's not that great, and the presentation barely makes up for anything. I'd recommend opting for an authentic Mexican restaurant, where the food will be amazing and they won't charge you an extra $6 for chips and salsa.

Waited in the pick up line for 10 minutes without being greeted. Eventually went inside. Not a single customers inside. I was just ignored. Loud music inside so I guess they didn’t hear the chime when I pulled up.
