Food was amazing and the staff were outstanding. Drinks were served very quick along with the food. Our kid spilled a drink and it was being cleaned and floor mopped before I could even apologize. You can tell they care!

Service person was rude, acted as if helping customers & taking orders was a bother. Not sure if he was having a bad day or upset of how little staff they had but shouldn't take that out on customers who are purchasing from your establishment.

The staff was 30 minutes 30 minutes behind schedule, brought my cheese quesadilla to the table cold and the rice tasted canned!! Would not recommend!! Go to Tacos Los Hermanos instead

Nice place and nice servers. Unfortunately I didn't like the food but I think it was more my personal taste less the food quality. I got the mole enchiladas thinking guacamole, but apparently mole is a whole different thing.

Clean and well kept restaurant, seemed they may be a little understaffed but service was still great! The queso and salsa were delicious! I had a beef quesadillas, it was tasty but little more spice than I would prefer.

We’ve been to Copal in Lincoln several times, most recently Saturday night. As usual, it was great! The food is so unique compared to typical Mexican restaurants. Presentation is excellent and taste is fantastic. The house margarita was one of the better I’ve had. We’ll be back again for sure when in town.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to place a takeout order and sit at the bar and have a drink on a Wednesday night. We came in at 8:23 and the sign on the door said they closed at 9pm. The door was locked when we arrived and when my boyfriend called they said they were closed. He had been looking forward to eating the mole enchiladas. Would not recommend, seems like they close early and not a great place for a last minute date night. If you want to eat here I would recommend coming early since it seems their hours aren’t accurate, super disappointing .
To the margaritas, the server, the food, and even the bathroom. Everything was 10/5. Seriously I was so impressed with everything. Absolutely recommend.

A gem in Lincoln. Apart from typical Mexican cuisine, you will also find some regional flavors that bring some serious authenticity to the establishment.
When you visit, I urge that you try something new as a plate for the table - the flavors are supreme and the service is excellent. They also have a rotating special menu with extra items, mostly regional flavors.
Kudos to the chef and the staff. Never had a bad experience here, and I usually get to try something new.

Had a late lunch at Copal. Will definitely go back. Delicious happy hour margaritas. We had the arepas with chorizo and the carne asada. Both were delicious.

Made a reservation and upon showing up I was told they got busy and filled all tables and would need to wait 30+ minutes. Might be better not taking reservations. Otherwise fine.
