Such a charming place. Obviously it's loved because the place was packed. The staff was very efficient and did a great job under the difficult circumstances.

I had the same server the last two times I stopped in. I asked for extra gravy on the CFS and mashed potatoes....which I never got. He asked which I prefer corn muffin or biscuit...but never received any. Only returned one to refill my drink and then had to wait for the dessert I requested at the beginning of meal. He only had one other table to wait on...just very poor service. Also the country fried steak seems to be over cooked and dry.

Seems to be going downhill and severely mismanaged! I ordered chicken and dumplings to go and I have never seen anything so pathetic. There was absolutely NO chicken on the plate, two dumplings and a plate full of gravy. I ordered an extra order of dumplings as a side and same thing, two dumplings and the rest was gravy.

I knew it would be bad because the cashiers were standing around talking about having their nails done and another customer was complaining that his order was short as well.

If this all weren’t enough, no silverware, no napkins and no rolls.

Always good food, and enjoy shopping the store after. Staff is very helpful asking if I'm looking for anything in particular.

Crackle B app needs updating it use to have were I could message to make bacon soft not hard and the staff keeps putting wrong butter every time so I have to call the store and let them know certain things i need to done to my online order

I hate how HOT it gets! I request nicely to keep away from the fireplace. Then they sit me TWO tables away from it DUH. Then she gave me my “free dessert” that I had to pay for. lol good one! Some days are great some days- not so much. It depends who is working. Stop giving ppl FREE items then charge them at the counter. I should have had them take out the item and subtract it from my bill.

Parking: Keep driving around - a parking space will open up eventually.

The food wasn't as hot as I thought it should be...more like lukewarm. Friendly server tho and great atmosphere.

Ordered the Grandma sampler. Bacon was undercooked and greasy, sausage and ham had strange taste and hash browns were a round lump of mush. Pancakes and eggs were great! The was coffee hot and delicious. The server was exemplary.

The service was slow and it was hard to get refills on drinks. There are no napkins on the table. You have to ask for them
