I want to say that this is probably the first time I ever write something like this. Trust me I hate to be this person right now. To begin this place is cozy and I like the vibe this place sets. I like what they have to offer the coffee is what I go for, and it is good. I know this because I go here at least a couple times a week. However, I regret to inform that the staff/service is not good at all. I hate to say this because everyone that works there is great except for one person. If the owner does not know who this person is there might be more problems in the future. Today my order got all mixed up to not go into crazy detail. I ended up paying more than I had to for something that was terrible. I know this happens and it's understandable at times but the overall attitude of the one person working here makes me not even want to come back. I come back for the sole reason that the coffee is delicious, but I will tell you service with a smile and a friendly attitude go a very long way. I find it hard to believe that management wouldn't know who I am talking about.

You know it's good when you can't get a picture before it's gone! We got the Cinnamon Sugar Crepe (added a drizzle of honey and maple syrup) and a Raspberry Muffin (warmed up). Both were amazing! Also, got an iced Vanilla latte and hot oat milk latte. Both of those were also delicious! Would definitely stop here again when traveling through!

Crescent Moon probably makes the best chai latte in all of Lincoln. Some chais around here just taste like warm milk, but Crescent Moon’s has the right amount of spice and creaminess. Drink quality is consistent here; haven’t been disappointed. If I lived closer, I’d be ordering every day!

Overall, I love love love this coffee shop. I’ve been coming here for a while. The seasonal menus lately have been so fun. I love the cookie butter chai for winter! I would advise you to steer away from the strawberry banana crepes. For almost $7 I wasn’t expecting dry bread with chopped up strawberries and bananas. It was difficult to cut and I thought it would be filled with cream. Now I know! I still highly recommend this place to everyone I meet. The open mic nights are a great way to spend a weekday.
Horrible customer service. Staff was rude. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee. Found a hair on my coffee. Will not be going back.
