Seems less friendly and no coupons or specials! We've enjoyed lots of Culvers as we visit friends and relatives. This is the only one where they are not customer savvy. If you give a special price and/or a coupon people will love it. If not, your establishment feels selfish.

Once again, can’t remember to put all the food in my order and then screw me when I call in about it. This is a poorly run restaurant and I don’t know how many reviews I have to leave for somebody to start doing something about it. ridiculous.

I went here for some lunch with my friends and the service was quick and very friendly! The only thing is that the tables could have been a little cleaner, but a little mess is understandable with how busy it was during lunch hour!

We live close to this location, and I must say the team and the food are always awesome. As a matter of fact, we love the team here so much we decided to use our coupons to get a basketball, have the entire team sign it, and add it to our sports memorabilia collection! What a team!

They are trying to improve their drive through service but really dont seem to be grasping how to improve it. They have two people taking orders on foot but then totally fail to prioritize the easy orders to make it move faster. If you order a drink or custard you are still going to park and wait for the car that got 9 custom baskets right before you to get their order. It's kind of silly to wait on flavor of the day custard and be the 7th car they bring food to. More than a little annoying and has been my experience twice in a row.

Reason for the 3 stars: easy to get to and park, advertised as fast food and product is as advertised, good variety of options, the atmosphere was definitely the best kept and clean fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Reason for not 5 stars: it’s still fast food so it can only be so good, it’s expensive for fast food I can get a slightly less plump burger from Burger King for half the price, the service was a little slow despite few people being in the dinning area. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get a quick bite and is willing to spend a little more for the menus options.

They had two people outside taking orders. I paid at the window and then had to pull up and wait about 12 minutes for food. There was one car in front of me and one behind me and parking lot was about a quarter full.
