They fixed the mistake immediately and had a brand-new cake ready for me in just 30 minutes! They were so kind and professional, and even refunded both cakes without me asking. Mistakes happen, but their customer service was truly exceptional. I really appreciate how fast and understanding they were. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My wife and I got married in Lincoln and had this place do our wedding cake. It was to be two tiered, top tier blush color ombré to white and Butterbeer cake flavor and the bottom and navy blue ombré to white and all over clear glitter so some sparkle, and a lemon flavor. The ombres had no white it went from a muddy dark color or mauve to a brighter pink, both layers were Butterbeer flavor, and there was no glitter. I called after the delivered it on the day of our wedding to see if there was a way to fix it and explain this was not the way it was suppose to look and be and the manager on the phone who said she did the cake replied to me the bride “ what do you want us to do about it now sorry that you don’t like your cake” and then in the mail I got 10.00 check from them for the refund for the lack of glitter! We had 3 hours to my reception they could have fixed it. And should have refunded me for half for not getting the cake flavors correct. 10.00 insulting when you ruin the single most important part of the reception for the cake cutting. And the attitude when I called of hostility was gross. Brides beware!! Also the said that with them we get a smaller anniversary cake to make our one year, one year came and went and nothing not even a call to see if we would like it! Don’t make promises your company doesn’t plan on keeping. 360.00 down the drain! Don’t go here

Ordered 4 dozen mini cupcakes for a special event. The cupcakes were FANTASTIC! Very moist and flavorful. I requested multiple different flavors. The guests raved at how pretty the cupcakes were as well as the taste. I was very impressed at how the cupcakes were packaged! I had 25 miles to travel to event, over rough roads, and all the cupcakes were still perfect upon arrival. Fantastic packaging. The Service placing the order was very good. I definitely recommend this company for an event you want to be extra special.

Got blue velvet not red velvet cupcakes we ordered we didn’t get the cupcake stands we rented and we’re not set up like we payed for when asked about a refund they gave us a hard time and ended up refunding less then what was discussed

I only wanted one cupcake and was recommended the white chocolate raspberry flavor. It was so good, and not as sweet as I thought, which I so appreciate. The girl who served me provided excellent customer service as well. There were about a dozen flavors available, so I'll definitely have to return to try the rest. ?
