Went through drive thru the other day, and they bring out the machine to pay. The machine doesn’t give you a choice to skip tipping. It used to start off at 10% now it starts off at 15%. It most likely will go up to 20%. Not only they don’t ask “would you like to leave a tip” they’ll say “leave a tip first then pay with your card”. Why are we being pushed to tip at the drive thru when the one burrito itself is already expensive enough.

Went to location in Bellevue Ordered food at 5:29pm on 11/05/24 still dealing with getting the food at 7:09pm got food and the meat was cold like they just took it out of the fridge. It was 6:09 when we got our food for the first time all the food was piled in one container. Went back and asked for them to remake the food and got cold food.

My go to place for an amazing breakfast burrito!!! I got a hashbrown burrito that has bacon, sausage, egg, cheese and hashbrowns. It also has sour cream that I don’t get in it. They also have the Lincoln burrito and the Nebraska burrito that are awesome as well!! And they also offer a “loyalty card” for an amazing deal!

So the food is normal here. What I really dislike is being asked to tip in the drive-thru like the kid gives me the machine and makes it uncomfortable!
My $8 burrito you just handed to me doesn’t need a tip. What is going on? And the one time I didn’t tip he didn’t say a word to me. No thank you or anything. Needless to say I will not be back.

I'm mostly writing this review to praise this location. There are many D'Leon's locations in Lincoln, and they tend to vary pretty wildly from place to place. This location however, is consistently the best D'Leon's in town. I wasn't really a big fan of the restaurant until this location opened and it changed my opinion of the whole place. The food at this D'Leon's is always extremely hot and fresh. The service is excellent, and the dining room is very spacious and clean. I've eaten here a lot and I 've never left here disappointed. I wish I could say the same about other D'Leon's locations, especially considering this one is far from my home. But it's worth the drive! I'm not a huge Mexican food eater, so I tend to order the all-day breakfast burritos most often (Nebraska Burrito is my favorite), but regardless, they are always spectacular, and taste great with a little bit of their free sauces from the salsa bar. If you've never tried D'Leon's before, or if you want to show it off to friends in its top form, I highly recommend stopping in at this location, especially on lunch hours.

I got the same thing I always get - Lincoln burrito, no sour cream - but it was amazing. The lady at the cash register was super nice, she brought my food to me, and it was hot right to the last bite. My first time eating at this D'Leons, but it's now at the top of the list. Wish it had been there when I lived in the neighborhood.
Only downside - if you're over 6' tall, watch your head when sitting down in the booths. The lights hanging from the ceiling are very low.
