Literally every time i even bother going to this specific location, my order is messed up. This time they didn’t even give me the right meal then once replaced with the correct one, the meal tasted horrible. Like how do you screw up refried beans? Please choose any other location than this one!

I do like their food. So much so that I wanted to buy a gift card for $10. He said ok, that’ll be $14.95. Huh? It’s $4.95 for the card, just the blank card. WOW. Glad I didn’t ask for a straw with the soda, or plastic fork with a meal. That’s crazy.

Friday ordered two bacon burritos. 3 pieces of bacon in each one. The tortilla shell was wrapped around twice since there was very little food inside it. If you’re going to charge $15 for a burrito then it needs to be stuffed with recipe ordered. If not should only charge $8 for a burrito. Went to Highlands DeLeons today, ordered one bacon burritos and it was filled with crispy bacon and fillings. Will try this one, one more time before making my new favorite Highlands. Have to go where you get what you pay for.

Went through drive thru the other day, and they bring out the machine to pay. The machine doesn’t give you a choice to skip tipping. It used to start off at 10% now it starts off at 15%. It most likely will go up to 20%. Not only they don’t ask “would you like to leave a tip” they’ll say “leave a tip first then pay with your card”. Why are we being pushed to tip at the drive thru when the one burrito itself is already expensive enough.
Didn’t get my order right on door dash. Left out four ingredients that were standard. This was not a custom order. Was disgusting. Threw it away. No refund.

Went to location in Bellevue Ordered food at 5:29pm on 11/05/24 still dealing with getting the food at 7:09pm got food and the meat was cold like they just took it out of the fridge. It was 6:09 when we got our food for the first time all the food was piled in one container. Went back and asked for them to remake the food and got cold food.
