Dairy Queen in Lincoln

“This is hands down the absolute best Dairy Queen in all of Lincoln. The dairy is amazing as usual for a Dairy Queen, and it's an old fashioned building, with a neon sign and outdoor seating. I went here for a Brookie blizzard and impressed by the cool atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.“

“I have serious food allergies. I went to this location on 7/8/24. The staff member that helped me (unfortunately I did not get his name) went above and beyond. I watched him wipe down the machine and he took the ime to recognize my needs. A wonderful experience.“

“Dairy Queen on West O is getting a bit old but still well kept up. The food is decent fir the price. I like Runza icecream better, but the deals on the 2 for $5 or $6 menu for the grill are very reasonable! My 6 year old loves the Chicken strip kids meal. We went there after church today and for 4 adults and three kiddos it was under $35.“

“This is our local DQ. We take the kids (6 of the hungry things) from time to time as well as an occasional meal out as a couple.It's the best DQ I have ever been to. The food is amazing and service has always been fast and friendly. We judge all other Dairy Queens against this one and so far none have ever beaten ours.The parking and drive thru are a tight curve and 79 point turn fiasco as are too many silly convoluted Lincoln businesses...“

“I ordered an ice cream cake for a family wedding shower. When I called to order are was given to the details of my order and questions of mine were answered thoroughly.A few days before the cake was due the decorator called me to clarify how I wanted the wording on the cake. I was unclear and she made sure she understood how to word it. She did an amazing job decorating the cake and I was very pleased with the final product. Thank you dairy queen for contributing joy to our daughter's wedding shower!When I picked up the cake everyone was polite and quick to assist me!“

“We ordered online and it wasn't ready when we got there. There wasn't a worker at the cash register, had to wait to talk to someone. Wondered if not enough workers on duty. Our hamburgers were barely warm, but tasted good. The strawberry shakes were the best.“

“The lady at the front greeted me very rudely, screamed at the staff that I was there for a mobile order, and then slammed my food on the counter as I politely said, thank you very much! No response. I will say though, that the burger I had was one of the best I've had it years. Great quality and fresh!“

“We haven’t been to this location for over a year. Our ice cream was always icey and not creamy. Since they advertised new owners we decided to give this place a try and I am really pleased with the ice cream! It was thicker and more like the original DQ ice cream. I hope the quality stays!
