I ordered through the app got there to pick it up at the food was ready but they forgot the blizzards. I waited 20 mins for 2 small blizzards with one of them having almost nothing but ice cream in it. Food was cold 0/10

This store has had the worste attitude from employees I have ever had. The lady behind the counter appeared to hate her life and it came our in how she asked what we would like to eat.

The lady at the front greeted me very rudely, screamed at the staff that I was there for a mobile order, and then slammed my food on the counter as I politely said, thank you very much! No response. I will say though, that the burger I had was one of the best I've had it years. Great quality and fresh!

Alex in drive-thru has the best customer service! He deserves a raise. We need more people like Alex in this world. DQ is lucky to have you!

Ordered two cotton candy blizzards blizzards, ended up with 2 unmixed cups of vanilla soft serve with a small amount of cotton candy sprinkles, and huge chunks of the 'flavoring' solidified to the bottom of the cup.

Was disappointing since we had very little wait, and they were not busy so they could have taken the time to make them correctly.

So I took my daughter to our location and the service was about on par but the new Superman Cookie Dough Blizzard was gross! I got it for my 11 year old daughter who was just raving about what she saw on the commercials and I must say that it definitely does not look blue as far as what the commercials advertised it to be and I knew that in the first place and I told her that's just called marketing. But she said it tasted gross as well to which I responded, let me try it so I tried it and I can vouch for her it definitely had a very weird flavor almost like pure dye if that makes sense and it definitely was not even close to looking like they made it look on the commercials which was very disappointing so, I got my tried and true Butterfinger blizzard and had cheesecake bits added into it for the first time ever and that was incredibly good. One thing about Dairy Queen is normally you have to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes to get your order even if it's just one blizzard if it's even halfway busy you're waiting. If you know you know

The person in the drive thru was very rude, basically threw the bags at us and completely ignored us when we told him thank you. They almost made our burgers wrong even though he repeated back to us what we wanted. All around a bad experience
