Manager on duty on 11-2-25 (afternoon) sent everyone home because they weren't busy, she was telling everyone. She had a terrible attitude and was yelling. She locked both doors so nobody could come inside, but then none of us could exit. The gentleman ahead of us called her out on locking the doors as he said he was on fire dept. She got all upset and started yelling at him as he walked out the door. It was very awkward and strained for us, and we felt sorry for the other employees as she treated them terrible.

They forgot one sauce and the manager lost her marbles saying “I’m the manager I put the sauce in the box” even tho it wasn’t there and she tried to make me pay twice for one sauce luckily a crew member employee finally gave me my sauce i thanked her and left. Food is always pretty good but management not so much.

I ordered a small ice cream cone and a small water, the kid tried to charge me almost $8.00 - after I expressed my concern about the price, he admitted he must have rung it up wrong. I wonder how many mistakes he makes that people just accept and get ripped off 🤔

Dairy Queen on West O is getting a bit old but still well kept up. The food is decent fir the price. I like Runza icecream better, but the deals on the 2 for $5 or $6 menu for the grill are very reasonable! My 6 year old loves the Chicken strip kids meal. We went there after church today and for 4 adults and three kiddos it was under $35.
The food is always super delicious and tasty! But when we went the doors were locked and there was no explanation at all as to why. At least put up a piece of paper telling us why the doors weren't open.
