The seven dollar meal deal was pretty good.I kind of enjoyed it though.I think it could have had a little bit more of the onions on it.

We ordered online and it wasn't ready when we got there. There wasn't a worker at the cash register, had to wait to talk to someone. Wondered if not enough workers on duty. Our hamburgers were barely warm, but tasted good. The strawberry shakes were the best.

Food came out hot and fresh. Staff was nice enough, but seemed like they didn't want to be there. Also, the building had a weird smell, I couldn't place it. Mold, water backup? It was outside and inside the building. And wasn't just the general area, because we stayed in the hotel next door.

They gave me the wrong order, then made it correctly, but the blizzards were melted. They don't know how to prioritize orders in the order they come in. Didn't call out any order numbers or names when the orders were ready. Other people around had similar issues.

We had a very poor experience at this Dairy Queen. We ordered two mini blizzards and a slush and it took over 20 minutes to receive our order. We were driving through and so this was a huge inconvenience to our travels. In addition both of our blizzards were incorrect and when asked about having them corrected the woman shrugged and was like “i guess if you really want I can remake them” and rolled her eyes at us. We opted not to as it would probably add another 15 minutes to our stop.

1st person in line, no cars in parking lot and absolutely not busy at 12:15 Girl over speaker said please wait and I waited 5 minutes and had to start talking in speaker to see what was happening. Then finally some took my ordee. I ordered then a couple cars were behind me. They then made me pull over to side and wait another 8--10 minutes for order and rude people working there. Never going back here. Complete joke and obviously terrible management to let kids run that circus like that.

Ordered a number 1 brought me a plain cheeseburger toke them said not what I order they toke same sandwich and threw bacon on which ok cool but that isn't a number manager threw a fit about it after the fact I stood there while three employees started at me didn't ask if I needed anything

I am basing this on service alone because I left without purchasing it. Anything. I went in for the sole purpose to buy an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday and get a name written on it. Was going to spend upwards of $40. Three people at the front counter and no one was willing to write five letters on a birthday cake. I said. Well I guess I can go to a different dairy Queen and no one tried to stop me. Horrible PR and awful service.

Very very bad and stuff are expensive and price charge you too much and not clean specially I try fell up my cup with drink it was dirty and had stuff in there

Truly the nicest DQ I’ve ever been to! Staff is so friendly and it’s very clean. They recently remodeled and is looking very nice!?
