Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I am basing this on service alone because I left without purchasing it. Anything. I went in for the sole purpose to buy an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday and get a name written on it. Was going to spend upwards of $40. Three people at the front counter and no one was willing to write five letters on a birthday cake. I said. Well I guess I can go to a different dairy Queen and no one tried to stop me. Horrible PR and awful service.

Very very bad and stuff are expensive and price charge you too much and not clean specially I try fell up my cup with drink it was dirty and had stuff in there

Truly the nicest DQ I’ve ever been to! Staff is so friendly and it’s very clean. They recently remodeled and is looking very nice!?

no ice cream which ok the machine breaks sometimes, order something else, have to repeat myself 4 times, and then didn’t even get confirmation that they had my order. just pulled up after 3 minutes of silence. the person taking my order sounded like she’d rather be broken down in a ditch than dealing with taking my order.

I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to help me and then when they finally did. I ordered my food but they seem like they were not even knowledgeable and this isn't the first time this has happened. I just needed a blizzard and a glass of ice water is that too much to ask and. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get service.

We ordered two blizzards, and we got two blizzard CUPS that definitely had stuff in them. One was a shake (turtle pecan cluster) it was blended very well so the only not liquid part was the pecans. The other ‘blizzard’ was basically a cup of candy plus a little ice cream. At least that one wouldn’t have fell to the floor in a great splash if the tipped it upside down. Also had to wait 20 minutes. Was the only one there.
Thought maybe it could be a front for a secret spy operation but then why would they put it right next to a hotel and still not know what a blizzard is…
