Go through the drive thru. Never had problems there but going in is like they never knew you could. Ice cream only though, food is not good.

I was having difficulties with the app and the lady at the window seemed annoyed. I asked her if she could look up my account using my phone number since it wasn’t loading on my phone and she said they can’t do that. I worked at a Dairy Queen for 3 years and we did that all the time?! Whatever I was going to pay using points but paid cash since I didn’t want to ruin her times. Anyways she was quick to hurry me out of the line even though there was only one car behind me. It didn’t bother me until I was driving and saw they didn’t put the queso that comes with the pretzel sticks in it. Maybe if she would have been less in a hurry she could’ve at least looked in the bad to see if it was there but no. It’s 2 pm and there isn’t a rush people need to learn patience. The pretzel sticks were warm thankfully but they were not good without the queso. If they were out I would’ve understood and would’ve ordered something else. So now I’m upset I paid for 3 sticks of bread that don’t even taste good on their own. This location always gives me problems and this has topped it off.

The whole reason I went to get blizzards for my family was because I saw that there was a pumpkin pie blizzard available. I got home and discovered there was no pumpkin pie blizzard. I was given a Reese's blizzard 🤮 Also, they were so full (no lids) that I had to put them in a bag, which is now ruined from melted ice cream. Will not visit this location again 👎🏻

I’ve been noticing this for past 5-6 months. Every time I get a blizzard there’s never any mix ins in the bottoms half. I don’t pay $6 for it to be just ice cream at the bottom

Third time in a row I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen and had something missing from my meal. When I went tonight it was me and two other cars in line. I shouldn’t have to expect to miss things I paid for.

This afternoon my daughter and I went in to get Dairy Queen and we stood there for almost 5 minutes without anyone coming to help us. They were not busy and I said Hello and at least 3 employees made eye contact but no one offered to help us. No excuse for treating people like that. We will not be back. We took our business to Culver’s and they were very kind and helpful.
First time stopping at this location and it will also be my last. Misty Slush was clearly watered down just looking at it, taste confirmed. This is probably one of your higher margin items - I bet it cost no more than $.25 for a cup, a little syrup, and some ice - for $4+, yet you still feel the need to short your customers?
I’ve had the same drink handed to me at other locations where the syrup is barely mixed in 🙄 I swear DQ everywhere hires some of the most careless workers.

The manager for closing shift is a jerk. I let her know one of her employees forgot to give me my receipt along with my drinks and proceeded to make it my fault when they kept messing up the order. Don't make it my problem when you cant teach your employees how to do their job. She could have easily looked at the ticket, we were the only ones with a meal that hadn't been served. It also just so happens that we were the only brown people there. Everyone else got everything the way they asked and we got forgotten and treated incredibly rude. We got served on 7/12

Dairy Queen is a pretty good resutraunt overall except for one thing, they don't have some items that they need to make some of their meals. For example I like to eat their banana splits I went towards the end of March to get one and there were no bananas. Then I took a break from going to Dairy Queen and I went June 23 and guess what there were no bananas. This shows that they may constantly be out of items and are selling more of the food items than they have the ingredients for. I think that they need to stay on top of getting these items especially in the summer in case they run out.

WE WERE AT THIS DQ SUNDAY MARCH 15th. AND THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS BAD. MY WIFE ASKED WHY HER MINT BLIZZARD WAS WHITE AND THE GIRL SAID THEY WERE THAT WAY, MY WIFE ASKED WHY THE PICTURE AD SHOWED GREEN THEN THE GIRL TOOK IT BACK AND CAME BACK WITH GREEN ADDED TOTHE TOP OF THE WHITE BLIZZARD SHE SET IT DOWN AND WALKED AWAY QUICK. OUR FOOD CAME AND OUR FISH SANDWITCHES WERE WAY OVER COOKED. SO WE TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE MADE THE BLIZZARD AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE OUR FISH WAS STILL WAY OVER COOKED. WE HAVE HAD TROUBLE AT THIS DQ 3 DIFFERENT TIMES LATELY NOW - RUDE WORKERS AND BAD FOOD. WEST O STREET SEEMS TO HAVE BETTER EMPLOYES. PLEASE TALK TO THESE WORKERS ABOUT BEING KIND THEY ACT AS THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK THEY ONLY WANT TO GET PAID FOR BEING THERE. PLEASE WRITE TO ME ABOUT THIS. Fred.

Ordered 2 medium blizzards waited 15 minutes before a large group of 6-8 people came in. The majority of the large group got their Order including burgers fries etc cashier told me it would still be a while on my 2 blizzards. Ended up asking for a refund and left went to Culver’s instead.
