Food was incorrect and not worth the cost, dinning area was dirty (around the seats was icky and the lights has crap and bugs in them). They should stick to ice-cream.

Tldr Drywall on bun. At 12:45 on 11-27-24 we were alone in the drive through. we order a #2 triple burger meal and a $5 chicken strip meal deal. That's all. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our food. I ordered a coke. They gave me a diet coke instead. it was flat with a funky taste i cannot place. My burger wasn't even the correct burger, they gave me the new BBQ burger. And worst of all it had white chunks pressed into the bottom of the bun. It looked and felt like drywall chunks. No idea what it is. It was absolutely disgusting.

Went through the drive thru for Blizzards. Service was average and took a little extra explaining with our order but our blizzards were nice and thick and fantastic. We went on a Tuesday evening and waited in line about 10-15 minutes.

I have serious food allergies. I went to this location on 7/8/24. The staff member that helped me (unfortunately I did not get his name) went above and beyond. I watched him wipe down the machine and he took the ime to recognize my needs. A wonderful experience.

I used to love this dairy queen and love my malts....but tonight nick the manager or says he is the manager doesn't know the difference between a shake and a malt. After they told me it was a shake, I said I order a malt and then they said they made a new one and made sure they put malt mix in it. Well it tasted like a shake still. Then I asked for my money back and he Said I needed my receipt. Well nick didn't give me one and then told me to hold on and went to take a order from someone else ......P.O.S manager

Went through the drive-thru tonight. Waited about 15 mins for a dipped cone & a chocolate shake while there was about 7-8 employees just on their phones & talking. Once I received my dipped cone it was only half dipped, I asked them to remake it considering I paid almost $4 for it. I was then told whoever made it refused to fix it then first time & then told they couldn’t remake it. I have never had an issue with this location but this is pure laziness. If it was made right the first time none of this would’ve happened.
