I'm not sure what happened tonight, but my hot hoagie was cold and dry. I got a club with extra lettuce and special dressing and ended up with no lettuce or dressing 😒 very bad tonight.

I am so bummed. Usually their food is awesome. We’ve had a few issues in the past where we’ve had to return to the restaurant for missing items, but for this specific order.. I am starting to think maybe they gave me the wrong order/sandwich for the Italian sandwich on white bread? It looks like wheat bread and is missing half the ingredients?! Or maybe shrinkflation/enshitification.. who knows. but dang, what a let down.

Been coming with my daughter pretty much every day after school as we wait for the bus inside since the heat has been unbearable for my asthmatic daughter as well as she can fill up her own cup with water, this has not been issue at alll since school started.. ppl normally working at this time has not had an issue with it or anything.. as I went in today some short lady informed me that as of 24 hours ppl can’t even get water.. ok cool if my daughter has a asthma attack I will gladly hold this establishment accountable and will hand deliver the medical bill to this place… can’t even get free water no more.. sad and pathetic
