I have used the event room several times to host events for my daughter. Most recently, we celebrated her graduation. Everything was great! Food, cleanliness, assistance, and all.
I honestly don't ever have a negative experience at this location. Been going here since I was a kid, one of my favorites.

The new delivery system is less than desirable. It has no way for you to pay cash. So long davincis.
Ordered food to be delivered. The food my boyfriend ate, cream cheese pizza and steak sandwich, he said was good. The fries were extremely undercooked and had wet napkins stuck to them. Had to cook the fries in the oven at 400 for over 12 minutes to eat them. First time eating from here and not sure I ever will again.
