I have lived in Lincoln for almost 5 years and never tried DaVinci's. Glad we did. Food was very good and the service was excellent. Can't say enough about the customer service at the Pine Lake location. Will definitely come again.

We ordered 2 12 inch wheat bread clubs. The bread was burnt. Only 1/2 edible of the two hoagies. This is not acceptable especially at the price. It will be a long time if ever we order from you again.
I waited 20 minutes for my food and when I went up to ask about it the person that took my order was very rude, not even apologizing for the long wait. People that came in after me got their food before me.

We always visit this location when we are headed back home to KC and this last visit there was an older gentleman that worked there and he was so-so nice. I believe his name was Harold?? He was very attentive and just gave overall good service. As far as the food there is a reason why we visit everytime we come to NE. It is always consistent and I love that they offer GF options since I had to go GF in the past 5 years. Hubby always gets their cheesesteaks and he absolutely loves them. My favorite pizza(s) is the cheesesteak, supreme and Corden bleu(When I could eat it). Can't go wrong with any of those.
