Took a long time to get food and the front girl was not getting our food or helping anyone else and when we did get our food it was bland and greasy for a Gary's steak Philly and a chicken Philly there was no flavor at all and the cheese bread was not great we spent 28 dollars on everything and it wasn't worth it at all I'm so disappointed in this restaurant it used to be a real great place to eat but all the passion is gone from them how sad wish I could get our money back.

Food is good but they seem to struggle with getting orders correct. We order from them fairly frequently and it’s always hit or miss if we get what we ordered.

I placed a carryout order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, it was not ready. I was told the person who answered the phone sent the order to the wrong restaurant. Manager was very apologetic, made my food right away in ten minutes and didn't charge me a dime. Mistakes happen, but they went above and beyond to make things right. Much appreciated

The pizza flavors are excellent here. Great toppings and delicious crust. It's a shame that the service quality isn't able to keep up. The past two times I ordered pick-up from Davinci's, I was given pizzas that lacked the selected toppings or sides requested. Make sure you open the box and double check your order before you leave!

The food is always good. I ordered a hot turkey hoagie. On this particular visit, however, my plate was brought to the table and when I finished eating and picked up the plate to toss it, the bottom of the plate was covered in sauce of some sort (not belonging to any food that I ordered). It dripped all over my clothes. So not only did I have to change my clothes prior to an interview. It made me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Literally every time we order delivery there are missing items and/or incorrect items. When u call to discuss they always act like they don’t care at all and try to offer the smallest possible fix ever. Forgot several items and they offer a $5 coupon. Worst delivery in Lincoln hands down
