Great service -Jade was extremely helpful and accommodating for our food allergies and the atmosphere was quiet and food came out correct and delicious! Overall, great dining experience!
I placed a carryout order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, it was not ready. I was told the person who answered the phone sent the order to the wrong restaurant. Manager was very apologetic, made my food right away in ten minutes and didn't charge me a dime. Mistakes happen, but they went above and beyond to make things right. Much appreciated
The pizza flavors are excellent here. Great toppings and delicious crust. It's a shame that the service quality isn't able to keep up. The past two times I ordered pick-up from Davinci's, I was given pizzas that lacked the selected toppings or sides requested. Make sure you open the box and double check your order before you leave!
