The food wasn't good. Ribs tasted oven cooked at best, Coleslaw was just cabbage in a cup,Green beans were as boring and bland.Brisket was good!! The barbecue sauce was runny & waterery! It's high priced for what you get, but so is everything in this world!
Owner clearly only cares about min/maxing profit off the labor of their seemingly only high school aged staff. Soda machine was not operational, staff didn't know who ordered what on 2 separate 2 person orders and didn't seem to care. They had no clean silverware or napkins so we were given takeout plasticware. And the 2 obvious ghost kitchens running out the back aren't cause for inspiration either when they can't even properly operate the main store.

This place makes killer barbecue BUT they have changed their bread. It used to be a warm, soft, moderately dense roll of pure perfection. Now, however, they give you a half-assed, soggy, flavorless slice of “Texas toast”. The only other option is a brioche hamburger bun. I’m boycotting Dickeys until they bring back their DINNER ROLL. I used to get 3 extra orders because they’re the best. BRING THE ROLLS BACK!!!
