Had an issue with my order through Uber Eats and didn’t initially get everything but when I called the restaurant they quickly fixed the problem and got the food out. Very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and good! Excellent customer service! I’ll order again.
Dickey's has changed. Not all for the better. The food is still good, but...the restaurant is not clean like it used to be. Here are the other the changes (some okay, some not) we noticed were:1. All but 2 of the sodas in the self-serve drink station were out. (They did still have sweet and unsweetened tea.)2. No lids for the big yellow cups.3. Squirt bottles for the sauce instead of the pots with dippers.4. Texas toast, not rolls5. No wet naps for the BBQ6. No more ice cream!
Neighboring Domino’s, which I ordered from, wouldn’t let me use their restroom but thankfully Dickey’s had no problem even though I didn’t order from them! Very courteous and greeted me when I came in. Wish I would’ve ordered from them in the first place!
