I have never seen a resturant take that much care. Food had a lot of flavor and was well balanced. Worth the price that is charged.

Great restaurant The potato! dish is HUGE and fairly spicy killing some taste buds for the remainder of the dishes. The triple carrot dish was a lot of bread with little carrots 🥕 and felt out of balance while the flavors esp the smoked carrots was really good The wagyu was a bit chewy and presented with carrots and potatoes. The potatoes were mentioned on the menu but the could have replaced the carrots

We celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary at this restaurant. While the appetizers arrived quickly, the main course took over an hour to be served. We had to follow up multiple times, and each time, we were told the food would arrive soon—though this turned out to be inaccurate. When we finally inquired, the server mentioned they had forgotten to submit our order, which seemed odd given the restaurant had only six guests. There was no apology for the delay, and unfortunately, the wagyu steak was overly salty. While the staff was friendly, the poor service and lack of accountability led to a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place based on our visit.
Oy, it was our first time - and our last time - at Dish today. The place seemed dark and outdated, with black and grey tones throughout. The service was incredibly slow, we waited 45 to get our 2 dishes. The steak was tasty, but tiny. The carrots needed more roasting time. The potatoes looked like tater tots - 2 mini ones. Hubby's gnocchi was also tasty but tiny. Onion strips didn't add much, and the gnocchi itself resembled potatoes with a very crispy crunchy outside later. Everything was wildly overpriced. Just a waste of time, I'm so sorry.
On the bright side, the place was packed and happening. Very trendy spot to see and be seen. We may have hated it, but others seem to like it. They can have at it.

My husband and I had the pleasure of getting to try Dish! We are from Pennsylvania, but he happened to be in Lincoln Nebraska for work and I knew that we had to make it here one night for dinner. Absolutely everything was incredible, the service was friendly, the atmosphere was fun and clean, and I loved that you could see the kitchen! The drinks were delicious! The food was absolutely incredible, some of the best we have ever had. I loved that each dish was so different and artfully plated. The flavors were incredible and if I lived in Lincoln, I would be at this place as much as possible for dinner!
