Im pretty sure this location is privately owned and they try to save on cost for thinks which isnt bad unless its super obvious to the consumer. For instance I ordered a super nacho, the cost is around $17, which for a nacho i feel like is ridiculous in its self. But other D'leons locations, the super nacho does not disappoint. BUT THIS LOCATION it was a complete disappointment. I ordered it to go and so when I got home. I opened the bag to 1 hot sauce pack(which most locations minimum is 2) and 1 FREAKING NAPKIN! Then there was barely any cheese on the nachos and a lot of bare chips with nothing on them. I will not be going to this location again and this explains why I never see anybody at this location.

Finally, get what you pay for. A few months ago I ordered a bacon burrito and it was almost all shell and no fillings. I told worker and left. Went this weekend and ordered a bacon burrito. Finally it was filled with crispy bacon and egg. Will definitely come back if they maintain this.

We enjoyed two breakfast burritos, one steak and one chorizo. Both were delicious.

I worked nearby once in a while. I’d like to have a taco for lunch at least five different times I’ve had to wait and wait and wait until I was late for work an entire lunch just get a couple tacos. Avoid this place at all cost

i went through the drive through and ordered carnitas tacos. I went home and when I opened the boxes the meat looked crunchy but I thought it would be okay bc usually when I get tacos and it has that crunch part it’s still juicy and flavorful and the rest is actually not dry/crunchy. I thought maybe it was just some pieces and they’re a little crunchy from being cooked but the rest is fine. I continue to eat and realize that all of it besides a few pieces were dry and it tasted like the meat was stored for awhile. I tried to call them and say “hey my food is dry and it’s not good” he replied with “what do you mean and what do you want me to do about it? Can you bring the food back”. He was rude and mean. I did not spend $50 for food that I couldn’t even eat.

You can mix up things if you want to! Such as a burrito with steak and shrimp!
Salsa might not be for everyone 🔥.

Food is absolutely Fabulous! I got a chicken chili, rice, and beans. 🔥 I 💯 recommend DeLeon's. You won't be disappointed.

This place is a rip off. My husband and I tried get two Horchata‘s and a burrito to split because they are normally massive but two times in a row they made the burrito smaller on purpose. We stopped going there. The north 27th location makes huge burritos consistently all the time even if you’re sharing them.

2/5 location go to 27th or 48th street locations.

Make sure to be clear and ask about what you're being charged!

Be specific with what you order and ask what costs extra. Asked for a small drink, didn't know they don't have a vending machine accessible but only in the kitchen, she asks if I wanted Pepsi or sprite and asked a Pepsi. She proceeds to fill the large cup with 90% ice and charge me for a large when I asked for a small.
The #3 burritos were fine but the rice looked sad like trying to be brown rice but instead it's dry and the beans are thick like they've been out.
Hot sauce costs extra and I couldn't just get the red sauce, they would give me what they wanted to give me.

Honestly the worst de Leon's location, much rather go to 27th or 48th street location. My favorite is the 48th location where their combos include a drink and their burritos are full and their rice looks like Mexican rice and beans are smooth. Nebraska burritos at the 27th location is fire.

False menu prices. They advertise 9.99 burritos. NOT TRUE. They added to my bill beyond what was ordered. Asked for receipt and got accused of trying to accuse the attendant of stealing. Could not get a receipt from the old man at the window. DO NOT go to this De Leon's. Go down the street to Amigo's.
