The food is always amazing and fast. I've never been disappointed with that. The one thing that could use some major improvement is the drive thru. They cannot ever seem to hear my order. It's been consistent no matter who is taking the order. If that could be fixed the experience would be top notch!

Great food! It would be helpful to have more of their staff speak English! The store itself is a big dirty. There are gambling machines inside that never get wiped off or disinfected which is pretty gross. Otherwise it is a good place to get a lot of food for the money!

This De Leon's on 48th St. always seems to have exceptionally great service. The staff, most of them are always very polite & have no problems taking time from they're work to help customers, clean, put away salad bar/cold table. My personal favorite De Leon's in town!
Kid-friendliness: U know how kids roaming around restaurants can clearly bother staff, not even an issue here. They will talk to your children.
