I have ordered from this store alooooot over the past two years and my pizzas are always perfect. I had one incident tonight of my pizza missing an ingredient. I called and told them about my issue, and they were more than happy to correct the issue and bring me the correct pizza. Made my bad day better and really showed they care for their customers. Excellent customer service!

Stood in line for 10 minutes just to pick up my order. My pizza had no sauce on it whatsoever. I understand them being busy but there’s other restaurants that can make food just fine during dinner rush. The consistency is poor because the last time we ordered, the pizza was great. Missing cheddar cheese on our other pizza and cut into way many pieces for it being a medium. Only pro of this visit is the staff is friendly.

Worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had. I placed an ordered, saw that the order had been delivered so I called the manager. The manager said the delivery driver must have accidentally hit complete and to call back if I didn’t receive it in 5-10 minutes later. 20 minutes later I called back and was on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up. Now I’m out 20 bucks for 2 pizzas I never received.

Ordered nearly 20 times in in the last year. Ordered tonight and after waiting 40 minutes the app said delivery completed. No food! Called the store, after holding they said the driver called me which didn’t happen. My food was back at the store and they would send it. 15 minutes later I called the store back. 4 calls in a row put on hold for 24 minutes total. All I want is my order refunded and the store no answer, corporate no answer! I will just have to call my credit card company to report fraud.

I had problems ordering my pizzas but when I called in to correct it, the girl that answered was rude and lied about my pizzas being in the ovens already when I called right after the order. I wanted them to hold my pizza order and she refused so I cancelled my order. I will call the bank in the morning to not pay that charge.
