We are more than disappointed with the Domino’s on Apples Way in Lincoln, NE. We waited an hour and a half for our food and then when the delivery person got here he basically threw the pizzas on our front porch. He also called my husband a very discriminatory name! My husband went to domino’s twice and called to talk to managers but we never heard back from them. They said they were going to do something but never did. We have no choice now but to take to their corp office! We have had multiple bad experiences with this place but this was one that I will never forget!

Placed order online said it would be done at 630 arrived at 630 told 15 - 20 minutes as I'm standing here at 7 now I keep watching names appear above my order. 720 and I'm just leaving. Thanks for having me stand in your tiny location with no where to sit for a hour

First time ordering from Dominos for delivery. Driver delivered to the wrong address and refused to admit it when I called the store. The manager did refund me, but I was so disappointed.

I ordered 2 pizzas. Similar but different. Only 1 was a should be. I called to notify of thier mistake on the missing toppings. They said they would make a new one. They sent me a cheese pizza with only the missing toppings!

Terrible customer service. We order from Dominos often or at least we used to, After taking 3 hours and still didn’t have our order I called to find out where it was. They said they had to remake it for some unknown reason, then set the phone down for 9 mins. I hung up called back and they said it was on its way out the door. We finally get it and it’s the wrong order. I called back again and talked to a manager (Angel) and she said she was holding back tears because orders were taking so long. Now remaking yet again and said it will be another 45 mins..this location has went down hill over the last 3 years..didn’t offer even a free pizza or anything!!!!!!UPDATE:After 4 1/2 hours we finally got the right pizza delivered by the manager.I was very nice and asked if they were short handed or just new employees she said they were just really busy.. ?She did offer 2-2 liters of coke for the long wait.. lol (this order should have been free)Especially since everything was cold, not warm but COLD…. The bbq chicken pizza have little if any bbq sauce on it and looked like it sat under a heat lamp for 4 1/2 hours..NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!

They said they wouldn't deliver to us though we've ordered from them before. And instead of talking or asking questions, the girl on the phone just "transferred" me to my "local" store. We live off 84th and Van Dorn, the Apple's Way one IS our "local" store.
We have ordered pickup from this location a dozen times and a dozen times they've done a nice job.

I normally order from this specific Domino’s quite often and have always been satisfied with their service…until tonight. My chicken Alfredo is dry with barely any sauce or meat. The serving is also smaller compared to what I normally get when I order. It looked half eaten when I first opened it up.

Very disappointed.. ordered beef n onion. Paid an addl $2 for addl topping..each piece had anywhere from 2-3 pieces of beef n 1-2 pieces of onion. Will not be ordering again. And we had two pizzas n said it didn’t qualify for the discount it said I would get online

Avoid apples way location in lincoln, NE. 18th and Van dorn location is 5 stars. Apples way just does their crust different, and messes up orders all the time.
I work here but even with my 50% discount things are still expensive. I get a large pizza with a 2 topping and it is still expensive.
