Worst experience ever, ordered at 5:30 on a Friday night. Pizza arrived at until 7: 20 , they said they'd refund the order. We haven't ordered Domino's in 5 years and this just confirms why. Short staffed, I get it.,. but forget it.

Absolutely amazing crew super nice very friendly, and made me the right pizza unlike the junk pizza I just got from Pizza Hut. I had about a quarter pound of garlic on top and they refused to remake it because they did it wrong so I did the right thing went to Domino’s to get that great pizza that everybody loves the clue Of how Pizza Hut is terrible it’s on their pizza box. Tried the new stuff crust pizza ….TRASH! Nothing but dough and cheese, not extra, just cheese plus the stuffed crust. I ordered 2 two topping pizzas One with green pepper and onion and the other Alfredo sauce, spinach and diced tomatoes. If the toppings didn’t have color you would not have known they were there. Very disappointing

Worst pizza place ever. I called to order 2 pizzas and some wings, I told them I was gonna pay cash when I pick them up, they told me to go to the app and order so I did. I hit the cash option and they won't let me order over $50, I had to remove some stuff. I get there, the total was around $47 so I hand them a $50 bill, they said they couldn't take anything bigger than 20 because they didn't have a way to check if the money was real 🤦.I had to drive to a gas station, break the $50, come back, paid for the food, take it home, found out they only sliced one of the pizzas and didn't give me the dipping sauce I ordered. Will never order from any of their places again.

This is the worst Domino’s in Lincoln! Don’t order from this location! They have staff who don’t care and sit on their phones while customers wait for assistance. Who could blame them when you have a manager who doesn’t seem to care and admits he doesn’t know his employees names in front of customers. The Dominos location on Van Dorn is much better.
Ordered tonight & got a nasty long hair cooked into our food. Called to get our full refund & money back, said they’d send a driver out to bring it back. One hour later and the driver still has not showed up, so we call again… “driver should’ve been there already..” clearly he’s not. 15 mins later driver finally shows up. And after all of that, the driver decide to keep the tip instead of giving it back after his mess up. I was gonna leave him a tip anyways but the fact he was gonna keep it after making us wait over an hour? Wtf.

I traveled through Lincoln and ordered from here for delivery. They didn't bring me all my items, and refused to come back. Averi did not deserve the 30% tip she got. To anyone reading this review. If your order is missing ANYthing, do not tip until they come back with the missing items. Otherwise, they'll probably treat you the same way.

I received my emergency pizza for enough points I gained. I can see why They call it an "emergency pizza" and not " free pizza" because you're still charged tax which came out to be right at $.25 cents a slice. That's us paying right at %25 for the pizza.
Meh..... If you're going to order from domino's regardless I think it's a good deal, But if you're intentions are to go out of your way and order from Domino's solely for the Reward. You'll have more invested in gas and delivery fees than what it's worth, In my opinion. You're just getting a more affordable pizza. Not a better one lol
