I received my emergency pizza for enough points I gained. I can see why They call it an "emergency pizza" and not " free pizza" because you're still charged tax which came out to be right at $.25 cents a slice. That's us paying right at %25 for the pizza.
Meh..... If you're going to order from domino's regardless I think it's a good deal, But if you're intentions are to go out of your way and order from Domino's solely for the Reward. You'll have more invested in gas and delivery fees than what it's worth, In my opinion. You're just getting a more affordable pizza. Not a better one lol

This morning at 10 AM, I placed an online order for a family pizza party, with scheduled delivery set for 5:30 PM. However, to my disappointment, I received a call at 5:20 PM—just ten minutes before delivery—informing me that they don’t deliver to my area (Yankee Hill). They had already canceled my order without any prior notice. I had been looking forward to this all day and didn’t make any alternative plans, only to be let down at the last minute.

I was helped almost immediately after walking in the door. I placed my order and it was in the oven within just a few minutes. Sofia was very helpful and very kind and had wonderful conversation during our visit.

Pizzas are smaller than advertised. Ordered two medium pizzas (which claim to be 12”) and both arrived at not even 11” in diameter. Shrinkflation is real and it’s everywhere! Won’t be buying from Dominos again.

Here to leave a 5-Star review based on how the manager so amazingly handled my order getting messed up. Mistakes happen, I wasn’t mad by any means. Have had perfect orders every time before this. Rather than offer for me to come back in to have the order remade like most places do, she refunded my order. Top notch!
There were zero excuses made and she went above and beyond to apologize and correct it. Thank you!

I haven't gotten my food yet and I already regret my decision to order from this place. I ordered online to do a pickup when I arrived nobody acknowledged me I stood at the counter for maybe 5 minutes or so other people as well as myself or fortunate enough to observe employees yelling at each other and arguing and it turns out my food is not ready and they said they haven't even put it in the oven yet. Which I get I used to work at a pizza place when I was a kid. Definitely a swing and a miss.

personally, i would never trust eating any food from here ever again just based on their lack of responsibility. i got hit by one of their delivery drivers right by the store (she failed to yield to oncoming traffic AND ran a red light). she was uninsured and didn’t have a drivers license?! so now i’m stuck paying for all of the damages or find a new car. how do they allow not only an uninsured driver deliver, but also one without a drivers license? i’ve reached out to the store many times, was promised i would get a call back from a higher manager and no one ever calls. i don’t understand how a company could allow this to happen, and i don’t trust anything about how they operate.
