I'm not sure what happened to this location, but recent management changes have SERIOUSLY hurt this store. The new manager seems inexperienced and quite rude. I'd recommend a different location if you're REALLY craving Dunkin.

was fairly quick on making our order, drinks were good, but did make fun of one of the drinks in our order very loudly while they were making it & gave us the wrong donuts

You will have to wait for 30 minutes to get an order of already made stale donuts. The staff is slow to act, poorly managed, and love to chit-chat with one another. I only go here cause it's close to my office, but if I have time I'd rather go further away to get something better and probably quicker.

I ordered an iced matcha latte, one of the easiest drinks to make (3 scoops of matcha and milk). There was no line and no other orders ahead of me. It took the girl 10 minutes to make my single drink, and she coughed on my drink without covering her mouth either. The cup was filled to the brim with ice (to the point that I couldn't even put my straw in) and the drink portion was only filled halfway so half of my drink was literally just a cup of ice. It tasted like there was way too much matcha powder and not enough milk. I was already late getting back to work so I didn't have time to wait another 10 minutes for her to remake it. Really disappointed and a complete waste of money. I've had matchas from this location and never had any issues until this barista.

At 2pm, and there were empty! No donuts, no nothing. What happened to I have to make the donuts. It seems to be a problem at all the dunkins I've been to in Nebraska... so frustrating. Please fix it!

One of the employees asked the manager if he needed her to clock on & help since he was the only one there & backed up on orders.he very rudely said no not till 9am,like ur scheduled to do then even ruder told her to go sit somewhere till 9am...I won't be eating or drinking from here anymore with that type of
I have never had a wrong order, mobile ordering works great if it’s busy. They only have one or two people working and yet I’ve never had to wait for a drink for than 5 minutes. You guys are the best of you take away my campus Dunkin and make me have to deal with the fools at Starbucks imma go insane

Dunno why Google maps keeps claiming that this Dunkin is in the Union. It is not, it's in the Library. This is the second time I've had to submit an edit.
