When you walk into a coffee shop the first thing I should be getting hit with is the smell of fresh coffee, this is not the case for this location or the other 2 locations here in lincoln. I have been drinking Dubkin coffee since 2012 when I worked for the company. Since I moved to lincoln I have visited 3 different locations and have yet to get a cup of coffee that taste like coffee. Everything I keep getting handed taste like water, (and I put espresso in my coffee) this is awful. I have been in this area 1 week so far and every day is the same weather i visit this location or one of the others. It is really sad that I have to now give my business to a local shop after so many years of drinking Dunkin, but I refuse to continue paying for water. Good bye dunkin ot has been a long 12 years but I will not give you another dollar. On a positive note there is a local coffee shop right down the road from this Dunkin location that has extremely good coffee at the cost of a long DT line. (Probably because all the dunkins here suck) That's fine they have coffee that tastes like coffee I will wait in that line and give them my money from now on!

Blueberry donut holes were a little bit dry and hard but everything else was delicious! Very friendly, courteous cashier.

The last three times I’ve been there at or around 9am they’ve been out of Donuts. You’re Duncan Donuts not Duncan Coffee. What gives?

Such crappy service.. waited 8 minutes in the driveway at the window for 1 large coffee.. I watched 3 girls leave everything to one girl. Poor girl was doing everything herself while they sat in the back corner doing nothing.

Stand there for 5 minutes and no one comes to take your order. So I order off the kiosk. 30 donut holes (munchkins)is the total order. Go wait at pickup. More people come in and someone walks right up to take their order. 5 people who came in after me and the kids got their food and was out before they even asked what I was waiting for. 15 minutes to get get 30 donut holes.

This was possibly the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. Every surface needed wiping down - both in the dining room and behind the counter. Literally every thing was dirty and it appeared cleaning is rarely done.
Two examples: 1) the “Pickup” arrow sign above the counter has a thick layer of grime on it indicating it has never been wiped down. The grime is so thick it actually has a texture to it. 2) the ceiling vents above where coffee is made are caked in dirt and dust. I’m sure when that occasionally falls into the coffee it’s fine.
Those are just two examples - it would be difficult to catalog everything that needed cleaning in the restaurant because it was literally everything.
And the order was slow to be made. And the order was incorrect. And the employee just ignored me when I approached the counter. But that doesn’t really bother me because I don’t want to be tough on workers. I had time that day to have a leisurely breakfast. I wouldn’t be enthused about working there either. The main issue is the filth and a multi billion dollar food corporation needs to figure that out.

I ordered on the app, thinking I'd get the right doughnuts, nope. They didn't tell me till I got to the window that they didn't have all my doughnuts. While waiting in line the drive through for 45 mins i see tons of people coming out of the store with boxes of doughnuts. If it would only happen once, fine.. but every single time I come to this store they are out. This was before 10am.. the Staff is rude, wanted me to drive off without giving me a refund for the doughnuts they didn't have. Wouldn't recommend

Got to this location at 4:26a.m. But waited until they opened. Even went after someone else when it opened at 4:30a.m. the girl had an attitude and throughout my order kept having an attitude and saying Ok after my orders. Then proceeded to say “Sorry, we weren’t prepared for customers to come this early” with an attitude. I got to the window and the one making the drinks with the pink tips blonde hair was still talking smack while making the order. I told the cashier to let her know “it’s not my problem that she wasn’t prepared if the store says it opens at 4:30 I am sure you are all scheduled before 4:30 to have the store ready to run at 4:30, so if she doesn’t like attending customers at this time maybe she should obtain a degree so she doesn’t have to wake up this early and have an attitude about doing her job”. It’s ridiculous how lazy this generation has become.
Geat taste, very stiff and unpleasant attitude. I'm from out of town so this makes me not want to visit this establishment again

I’ve had a good experience with every dunkin but this one. They aren’t ever interactive and my drink is usually very watered down even if I get there right after I order it on the app. Today, my drink was very icy and could only drink half of it bc there was so much ice in it.

Ella the cashier is incredibly rude. Not how people want to start their day. Every morning it’s attitude and arguing over non issues. Maybe time to find an industry that’s not service based

Went here twice and both times the employees have been nothing but rude. Right off the bat when I was ordering they did not speak kindly and even when I got to the window they were not kind. Just seemed like they didn’t want to be there, granted it’s work but at least be nice to your customers.
