On Monday December 8, 2025 I went to Duncan Donuts located Off of 84th and O St. I purchased a seasoned bacon, egg and cheese croissant. When I got to work, I took a bite of the croissant and it was toasted so dark that it tasted burnt and crumbled to a mess as i bit into it. I was not able to even eat the item. I have a few pictures if you would like to see how dark and dried out it was. I did not receive a receipt, but did get a slip stating: Drive Thru #9766 10:20:24 AM 1 Seasnd Bcn Croissant Fried Egg 4 Seasnd Bcn White Cheddar. I was very disappointed.

People need to come in earlier so they don’t be told they’re out of stuff. everyone was really nice and things happen it’s a store that it doesn’t need to be perfect. The crews were really nice and respectful but customers need to fix their attitude towards them!

Don’t even bother coming here. They won’t have any donuts, kolaches, breakfast sandwiches or donut holes. They are always out of stock of something and then rude when asking about substitutions. Is it that hard to keep donut holes in stock?

I ordered the sourdough sandwich with two eggs, and received got two strips of bacon plus a single egg on there. I also ordered two drinks, one being a hot drink, and it was cold (lukewarm at best). Workers were nice but did not follow through with the correct order.

I love this Dunkin!! They’re always nice and helpful but the lady that complained about her tap pay was rude and disrespectful.their was also a sign that said tap only but I think she didn’t read it, I think she was having a bad day but otherwise the crew members were being so nice!

Absolute horrible service. Ordered 5 drinks for my company. Was told they cannot fill drinks all the way with no ice but I vould do it myself which they did that for me before. Then filled 2 of the drinks all the way after saying they could not. When I wanted refunded for two of the extra Rockstar I bought due to them filling to of the cups she told me she could not refund me. My company gives them alot of buisness. But not anymore. Absolute awful place for customer service.

Today we went to Dunkin Donuts for the first time with my family. We had a very delicious meal and it was a very good experience. If I could give the service a 6, I would. Thank you to the lady for the service and making the first time special for us
When you walk into a coffee shop the first thing I should be getting hit with is the smell of fresh coffee, this is not the case for this location or the other 2 locations here in lincoln. I have been drinking Dubkin coffee since 2012 when I worked for the company. Since I moved to lincoln I have visited 3 different locations and have yet to get a cup of coffee that taste like coffee. Everything I keep getting handed taste like water, (and I put espresso in my coffee) this is awful. I have been in this area 1 week so far and every day is the same weather i visit this location or one of the others. It is really sad that I have to now give my business to a local shop after so many years of drinking Dunkin, but I refuse to continue paying for water. Good bye dunkin ot has been a long 12 years but I will not give you another dollar. On a positive note there is a local coffee shop right down the road from this Dunkin location that has extremely good coffee at the cost of a long DT line. (Probably because all the dunkins here suck) That's fine they have coffee that tastes like coffee I will wait in that line and give them my money from now on!

Such crappy service.. waited 8 minutes in the driveway at the window for 1 large coffee.. I watched 3 girls leave everything to one girl. Poor girl was doing everything herself while they sat in the back corner doing nothing.
