This morning, I made an order as I often do (The same order I always make) but this time instead of getting loaded hashbrowns, I got a wrap and I was confused so I ran inside real quick to see what happened and as I was reading the receipt, I was questioning if maybe I had ordered it incorrectly or said it wrong. So I asked the very nice staff member at the front desk if I had ordered it incorrectly, and as she went back to talk to her manager to say that I wanted something different than what I received. The Manager very rudely and loudly said “WELL THATS NOT WHAT SHE SAID?!” It was extremely ill mannered and rude to speak about a customer in the manner that she did. I did not want to cause problems and I was very kind and reassuring that I was unsure if I had maybe said the wrong thing. I was understanding but the manager was not at all understanding and instead very much put the blame on me in a belligerent manner. I grabbed my bag And said never mind because it was very obvious that it was too inconvenient for her and she made it very well known. The attitude of this specific Manager has caught me off guard on multiple occasions, but today was crossing the line in her tone of voice and the way that she spoke about me.

I am usually a scooters coffee person, been faithful to them for years. Never had dunkin until later this year and have only been to this location, my first visit there was fantastic. My last visit was about a month ago, they got my order wrong, got a bacon egg sandwich and they forgot the bacon on mine and my husbands sandwich, I went back to get it fixed and got a lot of attitude. Not sure why, I paid good money for coffee and sandwiches, it should be made correct, I understand mistakes happen but attitude is not needed. Went there today for a pickup order for myself, got a sausage egg sandwich, tots and coffee. Got 7 tots and they were cold and soggy, sandwich was okay and coffee tastes terrible. The other locations might be better but I think this location has ruined my overall experience. Think this might be my last time at dunkin.

This place never has food ready for delivery. They focus on the drive through first, then maybe if you are picking up delivery, you are the next priority. I come to deliver the food people order from the restraint, not stand around and watch people who are “working”

Had a truly delightful experience at this Dunkin’. From the moment we walked in, everything felt a notch above the usual. The donuts were exceptionally fresh—pillowy soft with just the right amount of sweetness—so much so that my friend and I couldn’t resist ordering three more before we left. The coffee was rich and smooth, the perfect complement.

What really set this visit apart, though, was the staff. They were attentive, upbeat, and impressively proactive in keeping everything stocked and running smoothly. A special mention goes to Jake at the register, whose professionalism and warm demeanor stood out. I watched him go out of his way to assist a customer with genuine care and patience.

This location exemplifies what great service and attention to detail can look like in a fast-paced setting. A standout Dunkin’ experience, through and through.

This was the first time I'd be to a Dunkin in many years. We went in the afternoon because my mom wanted a donut for her drive home. The service was fast and friendly and the donuts were really good!

Got my food and coffee and overheard the manager working at 8:00am Wednesday April 30th absolutely berate an employee for a tiny honest mistake in front of at least 20 people waiting in the lobby. She cursed at them over having to remake hash-browns. Don’t allow your managers to treat your employees like garbage, especially in front of customers. This is why employee retention is so terrible.
