I don't know how the workers manage to mess up my order very bad, I wanted no meat, they added meat, I wanted cold foam in our coffee, no cold foam was added, I went to this location again thinking they won't mess up, they mess up again, horribly. I'm not coming to this location again, for me to write a review on this is crazy to me, I usually let things slide a couple times because everyone does mistakes, but why is it always the same guy, and just this location? My friends have the same experience as well. I'm dunkin this meat filled sandwich in the trash.

Review update: I will not be back to this location. I got a really awful looking caramel macchiato and asked for it to be corrected. She rudely told me that’s how they do it.
It’s not. She lied. I’ve been going here every Thursday on my day off for a while. Super rude and terrible customer service.

I pulled up in the Drive-Thru and ask the girl working in the Drive-Thru at her favorite drink was and told her to make it it was raspberry with french vanilla..she was right it is really good and thank you for that!! Always a great experience when I go to this dunkin!! Thank you guys!! You all rock!

Great place. The first time I rode into a place by myself and got something. The people were nice even though I was so socially awkward they tolerated my quirky odd self and I had a great time! Yeah when I left I was nearly run over by a car. And passed by some cops who questioned me on a recent case of gun violence, but I got my donuts!

Had everyone’s order done in the drive-through, even though I was the first one in line before they even opened the window to take my card to give me my things essentially attempting to make me late for work! Worst customer service ever don’t go here if you have any to be in the next four hours and then they didn’t even make it right and then the manager talked to me like I was her child telling me I was screaming at her then I had to scream at her to show her what screaming actually was because the woman did not even know I kid you not. Never again complete garbage

Be careful getting less ice in your drinks they use prepackaged drinks and if you get less ice your drink will be half full, when this happened to me the young Man I spoke to just kept repeating the same line “less ice less drink” they were also not willing to solve said problem with my delivery driver just so you guys are aware.
The donuts were not fresh and I was surprised that they didn't even have Glazed. The service was subpar as well, the staff were not even able to answer basic questions about donut flavors. It's a bit surprising because I'd expect at least their staff to know about it.

This location would get 3 stars for doing the bare minimum, but even that seems beyond the reach of their staff. The other Dunkin’ locations in town make this one look like a joke. At the Old Cheney location, orders take forever, are frequently incorrect or missing items, sandwiches come out cold or burnt and loaded hashbrown potatoes get almost no cheese + burnt bacon. Iced latte might as well just be vanilla flavored milk unless you add an extra shot. They don’t update their out-of-stocks on the app, so when I order for pickup, I’ll get there just to be told they don’t have my ordered items in stock. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future—I’d rather drive farther to a different Dunkin’ and actually enjoy my meal/snack/drink.
