I love dunkin, but this one sucks. The employees act like they don’t want to be there and screw up my drink order every single time I’ve been there. Not to mention the horrible customer service, every time I go in the lobby all of the employees ignore me and I end up standing there for 10 minutes before someone bothers doing their job. I’ve been inside and seen the employees sitting around a table talking more than once

You are blowing it. There is an obvious need for this restaurant at this location. You are losing customers because of inefficiencies in the production process and employees that require some more training.
Says there's no magner til Monday. Had no information corporate or who was the even franchise owner. He hung up on me also. I had to call a different store, I'm an old employee, just looking for my W2's. What a POS
