We originally was gonna go thru drive thru but the screen was so fuzzy and not visible. So we decided to pull around so we could go inside to order, we sat in line for the car infront of us for about 15 mins then when we got inside the gal didn't know how to get the items we wanted and when she asked for help the other ladys didn't even respond leaving her to struggle to do it herself. The doughnuts were dry and we had waited 6 mins for our drinks and they shouted out they didn't have the mixes for our drinks so changed flavors no problem but the drinks weren't given within timely manner. But other than that it was good. Just go in with expectations of a quick trip taking 45 mins

I came through they were out of thr first 3 things i said then i settled on a sandwhich put in the incorrect sandwhich called over and over a span of 2 days because i dont live out this way they wouldnt answer left messages on their answering machine and so when i was back out here i went back to ask for the correct sandwhich and lady had an attitude about it at both the speaker and the window and she was the one who put in the order incorrectly

I’ve been going here regularly for the past 5ish years because it’s close to my house and my kids like their donuts. I will say they have improved tremendously in service times. However they are still consistently out of everything, often before 8am, they never listen and you have to repeat everything in the order 2-3 times and the consistency of the drinks is off. It doesn’t make sense why I can order the same drink every time and have it taste completely different each time. A little training on quality would go a long way with this store.
