This Dunkin' Donuts is on my way to work, so I decided to try it a few times. I always go through the drive-thru, so I haven't seen the inside. Every time I visit, they're consistently out of items, so I rarely get what I want. The iced coffee is pretty good, but it’s better when they don’t leave it on the counter while I wait in the drive-thru. I’ve paid and received my food, only to be left sitting there with my iced coffee on the counter. After several attempts, I’ve concluded I won’t be returning, as the same issues persist. They are never that busy so I dont know why I always have to wait and why they are always out of everything. UPDATE!! Stopped by to try it one more time this morning, Saturday around 930 am. Out of stuff again so I got the bagel minis. They smell like chemicals and nothing in the middle. The girl taking my order was rude! The customer in front of me drove right through because they were out of stuff and didn't have what they wanted. Lowered my rating and will not be going back!

TERRIBLE! ALWAYS OUT OF DONUTS. I went this morning- ordered at the counter. Orders were filled first with drive thru customers after me. They were low on donuts, and by the time they got to filling my order, they ran out. I was the only customer in house, and waited for about 20 min. The drive thru orders came AFTER my order. DON'T use the Kiosk! It will put you behind all the orders from online and pick up. ANYWAY, I was livid and got my money back and left. Went to Crispy Cream and had a delightful experience there.
