I’ve been going here regularly for the past 5ish years because it’s close to my house and my kids like their donuts. I will say they have improved tremendously in service times. However they are still consistently out of everything, often before 8am, they never listen and you have to repeat everything in the order 2-3 times and the consistency of the drinks is off. It doesn’t make sense why I can order the same drink every time and have it taste completely different each time. A little training on quality would go a long way with this store.

If I could give this Dunkin’ Donuts café negative stars I’d do just that. My mother who has visited this café on numerous occasions used to talk about how awful it was and eventually gave up going there altogether… but not until she called their corporate offices in Massachusetts first ;-) Suffice to say nothing has changed.Having grown up in New England I’ve been getting coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts for years. This café, in the simplest of terms, needs an overhaul. Below are just a few of my many (no, not just one or two — many!) experiences:- Serving a regular hot latte (espresso and milk, no sugar… easiest order ever) lukewarm… yuck!- Getting the sizes confused. Second strike.- Not filling the coffee up to the top (this has happened each time without fail)- Worst of all, the demeanor of staff when asked to remake an order. A little bit of professionalism goes a long way.No joke, negative stars. (Sigh)

I drove through the drive thru on a Friday morning. I waited for a longer time then normal. When I got to work 5 mins later. Opened my sandwich and other stuff everything was cold and the bacon on my sandwich and snacking bacon was RAW. Like barely cooked cold and congealed. Also my 5 potatoes were cold and also raw. I paid too much for every part of my order to be GROSS. Please use this as a training and quality opportunity!!

I usually never write reviews but I had a situation earlier that wasn’t too well but was handled amazingly!! My drink wasn’t the best and I wrote to dunkin about it and they responded almost instantly and later the manager called me to talk about it and handled it fantastically, she had such an amazing attitude and compensated. I’ve been a regular there for awhile and have always appreciated the ladies working there. They’re all so cool and amazing at what they do! Love this location.

They have awesome frozen Mocha coffee, made just the way I like it. The new managers have really improved the operation from what I see. See you tomorrow!!!!Parking: Handicap stall in front of building, which I need when going inside.

I love Dunkin' and the staff was really nice. My only complaint would be that there should be a chart or something that shows when a person wants a coffee regular, or light and sweet etc... I don't know how many sugars or creams are needed to make the coffee right. I don't know the delivery system so I think a chart of some sort would be helpful to everyone.
I went inside and stood in line at the counter for five minutes by the manager, and her boss saw me there and nobody took my order for 5 minutes and I walked out. They even looked at me and didn’t say anything. terrible service.
