Eileen's Colossal Cookies

I have been ordering cookies for my girls parties on and off for couple years now & have always been very pleased with what I have picked up from Eileens , but the last time I was especially pleased! I asked them if they could do something extra special for our order this time that I thought would be challenging coming from a former cake decorator myself and Macy on their team completely came through on this order from when I spoke with her on the phone to ordering the cookie to when we picked it up! I was VERY PLEASED & SO WAS OUR DAUGHTER! THANK YOU MACY! WE WILL BE BACK!! YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!!!

Always good cookies, but was very disappointed this afternoon to arrive at 4:25 and the south Lincoln store was closed, when their website said closes at 5:30. No cookies for me for Sunday. 😒
Always go there for the dairy free frosted sugar cookies for my grandson.

Placed an order online for pickup, which was quick and easy. The cookies were beautiful, delicious, and very reasonably priced!

I have gone to island's cookies for 20 years. I had them when I was a teenager. This is not the same cookie by any means. I got a dozen monster for $7. I am happy to pay whatever price for a good cookie. These were not good cookies. I had one m&m and every cookie. They were basically peanut butter oatmeal cookies which is not what I asked for. I can also tell the quality of ingredients has gone down tremendously. They are passing off old cookies as fresh, which these definitely were not. I like to support local business and I know in the past they were better than any crumble or insomnia cookies but these cookies were not worth $7. Not to mention the size has gone down by more than half what they used to be. So sad to see a local business not care about their customers enough to give them quality ingredients and quality cookies. I would pay $10 a dozen if it mean I could have the good Eileen's cookies that I fell in love with 25 years ago. So sad and I will no longer be encouraging anyone to purchase cookies from Eileen's when I used to tell everybody and people trust me because I'm a baker and a chef myself.

My daughters who live in California asked me to pick up some cookie cake for them on the day I was visiting Lincoln! According to them, it's as good as 14 years ago when they had their first cookie cake! 😊😊👍👍

We used to use them for school fundraising. After the change of ownership, they made it so difficult that we can't do this anymore. They also couldn't tell us if they would honor our previously purchased certificates.

Frosted chocolate chip cookie is amazing!

Cookie dry and frosting tasted like toothpaste. Wth. I'll go back to Sam's or hyvee.
