12/23 1p.m. My daughter and I stopped in to N Lincoln store to get sugar cookie dough. We planned to make decorated cutout cookies to serve Christmas Eve. We were told they were out of dough and to come back next Tuesday. They could not make any dough at 1 o'clock on Dec 23rd when they are open until 6? Lost our business, and we came quite often.

Ordered decorated sugar cookies twice in the past two weeks for my daughters' birthdays. In the past, the icing work/decorating was spectacular, but this time they were sloppily done (basketball) and hardly recognizable as to what it was supposed to be (bees). Still tasted great and the kids were happy, but not the decorating quality we'd received in the past. Guessing, like most businesses, they are struggling to get/keep (skilled) workers, or in this case, decorators. Would still order from Eileen's in the future.
Really tasty cookies! Especially the huge cookie! Nice employees too! But one downside is that when I turned in an application, they didn’t call me back or even email me back to follow up. It’s been like 3-4 weeks and didn’t even inform me about the job. I did email them, but never received an email back.

Fantastic! I ordered a 16” chocolate chip cookie-cake and it was ready the next day. The lady on the phone who took my order was very thorough and my cake came out excellent. When I went in to pick it up the next morning, the staff was very friendly and even gave me a sneak peek before I checked out. I chose a design number from their website with different words and I absolutely love how it turned out. It tastes amazing too! I will definitely be ordering from this location again.
