I got in the shower and got completely wet before finding out that there was absolutely no shampoo (bottles fixed to the wall). Not a drop. So I then figured I could at least use the soap to wash my body. Literally, not a drop of soap. I got out and called housekeeping. When they still hadn’t come an hour later, I got dressed and went to the front desk, who said they’d send someone. As of three hours later, when we left, we still had no shampoo or soap. After spending $450 for two nights, this is completely unacceptable. I should have received a refund given that I’ve never had to leave a hotel completely unwashed, but instead they gave me 10K Hilton points that I not only can’t access, but that are the equivalent of 35 dollars.

Love the fact this Embassy has a restaurant/bar as well as the breakfast/cocktail hour that are included when you stay. And it's also great if you just want to catch a game or grab a bite downtown.
We split an order of Nachos, large, traditional-unhealthy kind with cheese sauce but tasty! Servers friendly, however, they were not good at bussing or refilling waters.

Friendly waitress. No one else eating. I had the black bean burger. It was pretty good. It was a near hamburger texture with a slight black bean taste. It had lettuce and tomato on it. No sauce no mayonnaise. I said no mayonnaise to the waitress and she brought me a bottle of mayonnaise. I also had fresh fruit. I added cheese cake with strawberry sauce. It all tasted good.

Generic bar food, very few vegetables or vegetarian options. It took 40 min to get food after we specifically asked if we would be able to get food fast enough to make it to a play. Given the other options in downtown it’s no wonder the place was empty.The beer was flat the burger dry and over cooked. What a waste of real estate.

Our closet was stuck closed, and is now stuck open. the bathroom door sticks, and the pull-out bed had a mattress that was stained in a way that looked like someone had been killed in it. No USB ports anywhere, and no outlets in the lamps. Room decor outdated. 5 people in a suite, and one hand towel, two wash cloths, and three bath towels. For the price of this room, I expect far better, and have received better in competitors' rooms.
The service was good, but the food was very disappointing. My grilled chicken sandwich was so over cooked that it was impossible to bite or even cut through the top layer of the meat. There are other places available in the area, and I will not return to this one.

For a hotel bar and grill, this place isn’t bad. We had a lot of family over to the atrium to catch up. Some walked elsewhere to get food but we opted for the pizza made here. It was reasonably priced and delicious. We shared some with other family members, who agreed. We’ve ordered here before and the food has always been beyond acceptable.

Room was not well cleaned hair from the previous guest was in the tub and on the vanity. Now on the plus side the staff were prompt when around 2 am we woke up to the very strong smell of pot in our room. The down side was the room reeked the rest of the stay of smoke. This was the second stay in a week and the fist was about the same the room was cleaned very quickly and not at all throughly. Given the other options in Lincoln and in the down town area I don’t think we will be stay here again.
