To be 100% honest famous Dave's would be considered a typical barbecue place compared to so many different other locations around the US but for here in Nebraska it is some of the best foods you can get for decent prices it has a warm atmosphere and I can confidently say that going there with your family or just couple friends to enjoy some tasty barbecue and maybe a drink you won't be disappointed.

The customer service was ridiculously AWFUL. I tried to place an order (Feast for 2) over the phone and the foreign sounding lady who answered was extremely rude. Her attitude over the phone was disgusting but I wasn’t rude back I just kept being patient and tried to place my order. My wife heard her talking to me on the phone and asked her why she was being so rude. The lady on the phone had a hideous nasally voice and ignored my wife’s question completely and instead said “I’m not accepting complaints is that all for your order?” I felt confident that my food would be tampered with so I didn’t even go pick it up. I will never eat at famous Dave’s again and I recommend anyone else to not put up with the same disrespect that I was shown by the employee of this establishment.

Pretty good place. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was good... a few hiccups but nothing awful. The atmosphere seemed crowded and dated, yet somehow it was cozy. It was a nice experience and I would go again.

Really good barbecue. Little disappointed they shortened down the menu but everything they have is really good.
Service was amazing. The drink was ok and the food was ok. The cedar plank salmon was a little dry. I might be back, and hopefully, I can get some fresh food.

Three of us got the BBQ for 2-3 and it was plenty of food! The catfish fingers are highly recommend!
