Since I was in the drive thru I could see the cook his name was Ralph. He was plugging away kicking out food fast. I could see many orders and he was amazingly in tune with his job. Tika was at the drive thru cashier and she was pleasant and took my coupon like a professional. Thank me and said to have a great night. I asked her to tell Ralph he was doing a great job and he smiled and waved. Thanks Tika for taking the time to recognize his efforts and yours both of you made my night after a stressful day at my work. Thanks

Absolutely fantastic food and amazing service! Nisca was extremely helpful and so nice. The restaurant was extremely clean and nice atmosphere. We had not eaten here for many years around 6 or 7 years. Very happy and we will be back soon 🙂

We were here for about 2 hours visiting and not only was the food great, but Rebecca was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed! Constantly asking if we wanted breadsticks, talking to our children, it was a great experience!

Food was very cheaply made food but costly to the customer. Dining room was very dirty and staff didn't seem to care. The salad looked like it has been made way up in advance. The only really good part was the bread sticks. Not even the pop seemed to be the correct syrup and carbonation ratio. Have eaten at other Fazoli's and didn't not have an experience like this. Normally they take care of you very well. Left not knowing if I was going to be sick the next day or not.
