Drinks were not replenished. I ordered a water that I'm still waiting on. They never took the plates which left the already-small table, even more crowded. And the wait staff had a pungent and foul odor of BO. Honestly a sincerely disappointing experience especially considering this was a birthday dinner. They comped the appetizers (about 20$ on a 300$ order).

The side of broccoli and Mac & cheese was good, but the BBQ Mac & Cheese looked like sad noodles with BBQ sauce on top of it. My fresh fish of the day was tiny for almost $19. Would not go again.

We were with a large wedding party on the patio - a lovely venue, but the food we were served was sub prime at best. The steak was cold when served, cooked dry and lacking flavor. The broccoli was overcooked and the fries I had were dry and cold. My wife’s salmon was overcooked and dry - the best thing on our two meals was the baked potato. This is sad.

Food was very cold on 2 plates. Took forever. Had to go to hostess to get our sever to get more drinks - water & 2 drinks with liquor. Brisket was not 6 Oz. & it's chopped, they do not know how to do drisket!!! Crab ravioli was cold & re heated. I would not recommend. Our server was awesome, not his fault the kitchen is not on their game.

This was the first time my boyfriend and I have been here Also , we are both in the food industry. The food was really good. There was a problem with my Boyfriend food and it was taken care of immediately. When we told the waiter about our food , another gentleman came back and talked to us and explained his apology's and that it would be taking care of immediately. And it was taken care of above and beyond.We were not expecting how the great they took care of us. We will definitely be going back. I was very impressed with the service alone.The food tasted great so it was like a cherry on top. I would like to thank the staff they were great.
My salad came out with a dead fly on it. Dinner was cold, rice over cooked, steak was as hard as a brick when ordered medium rare. Not compensated for any part of the mostly ineatable food. Overall DO NOT recommend.

We've just had too many bad experiences with FireWorks in regard to food and service. We just had take out and the mashed potatoes and French fries tasted day old. Even their ribs were dry and a little tough. This has occurred numerous time over the last several years. The service is frequently impersonal also. We've noticed a decline in service and food quality at other restaurants also but we're no longer tolerating restaurants that don't offer great food and personal service.

Really enjoy the food but the last couple of times the food took way too long to come out. Last time we ended up with to go boxes because we were going to a funeral. This time it took 1 hour 10 minutes. Our 2 year old grand daughter was good but pretty hungry!
