Came here with a group and ordered 4 burgers and a large fry. Food was great but they got our order wrong. One burger was supposed to be a triple, and one was supposed to be a single. But instead they gave us 4 double burgers. Otherwise I was very pleased with our visit and the service was awesome!

Had bacon cheese berger. Juicy, sauteed onions, cheese, Bacon crispy.The fries, hand cut, season just right.Granddaughter had a reg. Cheese burger she was pleased, pleased withFries. Service was very pleasant.

Would not recommend 5 guys on O street ridiculous both ketchup containers were empty at 530 pm said they would fill it never did before we left, all the tables were dirty and may I add no one was in there when we got there. Very disappointing as we have loved all the other 5 Guys we have eaten at

An absolutely amazing experience! The person that helped us was Enrique and they had accidentally charged me with a double cheeseburger when I wanted a single and without me even saying anything they realized the issue and gave me a gift card and apologized. Amazing service and such nice people!

Still waiting…been here 30+ minutes. There was no one in front of us when we ordered, but should’ve known better when the table area was filled and no one was eating. The line outside of Applebee’s has came and went twice…we’re still waiting. Will NEVER come to this location again. Ridiculous. At the very least the cashier should’ve given a “warning”. Hey, there’s at least a 30 minute wait for $60 worth of food that all fits in a small bag ?. Never again. Btw, still waiting after typing all of this.
Kid-friendliness: Don’t take your kids if they’re hungry! They will have a meltdown while waiting at least 30 minutes for their food.
Great staff, great food, good times. You should definitely stop in and get some food while you're here at the mall

The only money I had was a $20 bill that someone had written "Slave master" on. The manager told me my money was "racist" and turned me away. I was told that I needed to listen to POC voices, yet no one could tell me how calling Andrew Jackson (a despicable man who "owned" over 300 people, also responsible for the Trail of Tears) - no one could explain to me how calling a slave master a slave master was racist.I was pretty flabbergastedAnd I didn't get the fries I was hankering for that night
