Usually great experience but tonight not so much. Our food was done in a reasonable time minus the 5 shakes we ordered, had to request them and waited extra long while they tried to figure out who was going to make them. Then when they started working on them they figured out they were out of mix. Our food was cold by the time we got the shakes. So disappointed in the service.

Music was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. Floors were dirty and sticky. Customer service wasn't the best but we've been to worse places. Over all the food wasn't bad but definitely high priced. Over $50 for 2 adults and one toddler is insane! Do not think we will be back.

I got the burger with the lettuce instead of the bun. Toppings were grilled onions, tomatoes, mayo, cheese, and ketchup. So fire. The husband got a regular double cheese burger with fries! ???

Out of control prices, but can’t blame the location.
One of the best Five Guys locations I've been to (clean, welcoming, great service, huge space), and I hope they get to re-open or open more locations in Lincoln again. I got the small Cajun fries and, as expected, the portion was massive, and the Cajun seasoning was generously coating every single fry. ? Definitely one of my favorite fries in town, after Honest Abe's fries. ?

Great burger! But also ordered a strawberry banana shake and they were out of strawberries. We asked for a refund and the manager was “unable” to refund us, so I had to have a shake that my daughter didn’t want. I was terribly dissapointed in the customer service. It’s not rocket science to do a refund.

People were very friendly. Over did the creole and the burgers didn't hit like they use too.
This place was extremely rude. I tried to get food for my friend who is handicapped and unable to make it in to the store. They were unaccomodating although all I asked for was a bag or a cup to put one small container of peanuts in. I was kind when I asked and explained that she was unable to come in and have never been treated with such disrespect. I used to love this place but these actions were so poor that I hope that anybody that has any form of respect understands that this place needs boycotted. I simply asked for something to keep my container together and stated that I wouldn't be taking any extra peanuts.I am really disappointed that i needed to get frustrated over simple peanuts. I have been a long standing customer and no longer plan to visit this five guys.
