Ordered a girl cheese sandwhich the cheese was not melted and was barely grilled and it was cold
Waited in drive thru over 30 minutes.. ok, they were really busy..cool. Get home to eat and my chicken club is missing the cheese and the bacon. Asked for extra fry sauce (twice) and only got 3.. for 3 meals. Just disappointing tonight. Usually great

HAIR FOUND IN FOOD. First time eating at this location. went on 8/16 and ordered for pick up at 10. the hair is blond. YOU ARE DISGUSTING. WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE IS UNSANITARY. I CALLED AND YOU COULDNT EVEN DO A REFUND. COULNT EAT ANYTHING ELSE ONCE THAT IS FOUND. POOR CUSTOMER TREATMENT

I had ordered a three scoop custard in a cup at the beginning and said I'd pick up before I leave. I went to get it after I had finished my food only to realize she never out on the ticket. Then I ordered and paid for one and waited over 10 minutes for it. She said they were backed up. She could have done it herself right aqay.
My chicken sandwich was great
Everything I've had is really good. But the frozen custard... OMG it's a little piece of heaven in your mouth. Yuummmmm
