Sadly one of the best places to get a burger in town is a chain. Most of the really good places have seriously dipped in quality where Freddy's just stays the same.

Been to this location multiple times and seems to be getting worse. Most likely won’t return now due to quality of the food and the prices getting higher. Last visit on our way to the hospital sat in drive through for almost 20 minutes and then on top of the wait, our order was wrong when we got to our family at the hospital. Missing items and wrong ones. The one good thing was the cheese curds. Sincerely miss old Freddy’s.

Ordered a girl cheese sandwhich the cheese was not melted and was barely grilled and it was cold
Waited in drive thru over 30 minutes.. ok, they were really busy..cool. Get home to eat and my chicken club is missing the cheese and the bacon. Asked for extra fry sauce (twice) and only got 3.. for 3 meals. Just disappointing tonight. Usually great

HAIR FOUND IN FOOD. First time eating at this location. went on 8/16 and ordered for pick up at 10. the hair is blond. YOU ARE DISGUSTING. WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE IS UNSANITARY. I CALLED AND YOU COULDNT EVEN DO A REFUND. COULNT EAT ANYTHING ELSE ONCE THAT IS FOUND. POOR CUSTOMER TREATMENT
