Today we won a hockey championship and i couldn't think of a better place to celebrate the win than with some Freddie's custard! I want to thank Giana for the wonderful and fun experience as she had a great attitude to help us celebrate our big event! Thank you!

Very bad experience at this location. I'm from out of tow here visiting my Sister who is very ill. Stopped for a quick bite, ordered the patty melt and was made without cheese when I asked if this was a patty melt the server realized it didn't have cheese and took it back, but the cook told him it has cheese and that I just can't see it and he proceeded to try to show me picking up the bread a few times and put it back in the basket. I told him I didn't want it being that he kept touching it. A manager came and said that it does have cheese and is ok that he touches my food because he has gloves on. I explain that I didn't want it anymore because he had been touching all the trays with the same gloves. Then I sat at the table with my family and watch them eat their food and the manager brought me a new meal but by then I was too upset to eat so I declined it. Horrible experience for something that could have been corrected right away.
