Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Stopped only to try an ice cream concrete. Wanted to compare with similar ice cream items at DQ, Sonic and Culver's.
Disappointed. Quite thin consistency. More like a shake. We're it not for the nuts in the concrete, I could have used a straw.

Great Pumpkin pie shakes! I was greeted very nicely when I entered which I appreciated

BUGS IN OUR DRINKS! I am horrified. I've called corporate. The gentleman who answered the phone when I called told he knew what I was referring to and seemed un phased.. he told me he's worked there for 8 years and he's seen some things. Neber offered me a refund or offered anything at all. Just told me thank you for letting him know. I will try to add photos to this review. I was afraid to eat the food for fear that it also contained these bugs.. never ever going there again and honestly it makes me afraid to go anywhere now.

Total was $11.26 earlier today. I gave the girl at the drive thru $20.26.

No change. Realized it just now hours after I threw away the receipt if I got one.

Never going back to the south 30th street location.

In fact, string fries always too salty...burgers alwqys taste like fish a little somehow...taste funny anyway.

I am done altogether with Freddy's. Only ever went there for their Chicago Dogs which they discontinued anyway.

Enjoy my extra 9 bucks. It will be the last from me.

This is the best place!! We ordered and 2 seconds later our order was ready!!! This is the best Freddy's I've ever been to!! The people are so nice and are very positive!! This is a very clean and happy environment! It is very family friendly!!! I love this place so much and I definitely recommend!!!

Got off doing a long day of hard manual labor to decided to go to freddys. A woke looking girl with red hair and blonde bangs and glassed saw us coming in to cut in front of us only to take a long time ordering. When I worked at fast food it is polite to let the customer go in front. She was so quick to cut in front to get her meal. She looked at us like she knew it was rude. Selfish behavior

Friendly staff, the store was very clean, and a lot of space for movement. Service was fast and efficient.
