The pizza was just ok. There was a weird taste to the sausage I couldn't identify and the taco pizza looked sad. Usually pizza disappears at the office but this time there were pieces leftover we threw away. Not the quality I get from the Godfathers in other places. I had called the store to let them know I would meet the delivery person out front instead of making them find my office. The person answering the phone was coughing and hacking so much they could barely say hello. Didn't sound healthy at all. Then they said they were the dough person. I hope this pizza doesn't make everyone sick.

Any time you call this place, the workers have no idea what’s going on or how to do anything. It’s incredibly aggravating being told that no managers are ever there to give proper customer service. Even when you do speak to someone and you’re credited back a pizza, they “lose” that and you don’t get the pizza, no credit, so you’re out everything all over again. Since this location opened it’s been a downhill experience and it’s too bad this is the only location in this city. I used to get godfathers almost weekly but since they moved to this location any time I give them another chance it goes even more in the wrong direction. Really too bad.

We ordered online at 5:30 pm over $40 of food for pickup at 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:35 pm and we're told "it is in the oven"...meaning they hadn't put our food in yet. They were busy, but the earliness of my order must have meant nothing. All the drive thru and walk up customers were served and gone before I received my order at 6:50 pm. When we opened our Jumbo pepperoni pizza, we noticed the lack of pepperonis on the pizza (there were about 8). We have always held the Godfather's chain in high regard for food and service, but found this locations service and food greatly lowered our impressions. We were extremely disappointed ( and ate much later than we planned). All got from the manager was Sorry and an excuse about the online ordering system

Super Taco pizza is one of my childhood faves. They make it just right at this location, super fast delivery, and the drivers are all very friendly (even faced with two fierce Chihuahuas). I'm sure the atmosphere is great, but I just get delivery.

I ordered a big meal for my family as I had a flat tire and a storm just passed through. Order was to be delivered in 50 minutes. Which meant 7:20. They called me at 7:06 to tell me they are cancelling the order because they can't deliver in this weather. Which is weird cause the weather now is pretty calm & NO rain at all. So now my kids get to wait another hour + for food. Thanks godfathers.. NOT!!!!
