Food was served in very large portions with lots of great flavor. I had the GE Omelette. Waitress told me her name, I won't mention it here, but I never saw her again! I am having a medical procedure done later today which requires a preparation of lots of fluid intake. Instead of going home I thought I would try GE, sit and enjoy breakfast while drinking plenty of water and coffee - as I said, I never saw the waitress again, not even a glimpse. No more coffee or water for me! I drank the rest of my cream supplied with the coffee just to wash down the remaining bites of food. Fantastic food, but not nearly so much the waitress - not even close! The manager comped 50% of the bill... Had she not done so I would have given a 2 star rating. I will come here again because my complaint was handled to my satisfaction. I used to work in Disney Village at Disney World. While working there I learned the guest should never have to wait to ask for anything - wait staff should always anticipate customer needs - otherwise what's the point of paying to be served, might as well stay home. I also learned to tip well when service is good so it pains me to say I left no tip.
