We came across this place on a road trip to MI. This place had the best Chicken fried steak we’ve ever had. We also had the Cajun Benedict, and it was delicious! Service was so friendly from the door to table. I would definitely go back!

We’re visiting from out of state and decided to stop by this restaurant for breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh and satisfying, and the portion sizes were just right. The place itself is beautiful and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to start the day. I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

During our family road trip to Colorado, we stopped in Lincoln, Nebraska, and discovered Good Evans Breakfast and Lunch — and wow, what a great find!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing family meal. The staff was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to the manager, who stopped by our table twice to make sure everything was to our liking. That kind of service really stands out.

If you’re ever in Lincoln, don’t miss the chance to enjoy a meal at Good Evans. We left full and happy — highly recommend it!

Food and service were both ok, not amazing, but not bad either. The prices seem a bit high, even when compared to other places. Beware of substitutions as things like adding sweet tots in place of regular increases the price by 4 bucks. Also 3.50 for an extremely average cup of coffee seems high as well. Overall it was solid, but not sure it is worth going back.
