Waiter was terrible. Had to flag her down for a coffee refill. Never ask how our food was or anything.

My favorite breakfast restaurant in town! The place is usually busy and moderately loud but for good reason. I love their garden omlete and gluten free pancakes.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Service was great (especially for Lincoln). They were prompt & attentive even though they had a full house for late Saturday breakfast. The Acapulco version of Eggs Benedict is delicious (I swapped my second onto sourdough toast, I will request next time); everyone at the table thought the hash browns are something special (one at the table makes the best hash browns & fried potatoes); omelette is delicious; pancakes are great; biscuits & gravy are the only average item we enjoyed. Everyone left full & happy.Great for breakfast any time of day!Service is always prompt & friendly. Food never disappoints. Lincoln has several great breakfast spots and this is a favorite!

Located on 70th and A in Lincoln, Nebraska this restaurant serves breakfast and lunch.Food 5* If you want a freshly breaded chicken fried steak this is the place to go! Sausage gravy is full of flavor and boasts chunks of meat. The gravy is creamy with bursts of flavor! Hands down the BEST place in Lincoln to get chicken fried steak. Eggs were cooked perfectly to an over easy. I would have preferred a little more crisp to my hash browns, but giving a full 5* since that’s just a preference for me!If you are in the mood for something sweet check out their homemade pop tarts! They are flaky and delicious! Flavors rotate seasonally but during this visit they had Brown sugar, strawberry, and caramel apple. We tried the brown sugar, which was amazing! Highly recommend the homemade pop tart if you have a sweet tooth.Service 4* Our server seemed to be all business. She was quick on getting our order in, came to check on us once throughout our meal. They were very busy on the Sunday so I understand being hurried, however when she did speak with us there was 0 eye contact. Looked down at her order pad the whole time.We also had to wait on our homemade pop tart. When the kitchen brought our food out the pop tart was not with our order. Waited approximately 10 minutes for the pop tart after our other food came. The kitchen staff did apologize for the mistake.Atmosphere 5* Good Evans is your typical brunch location. Some booths available and some tables. White walls with decor throughout. Restaurant was clean and inviting.Overall Good Evan’s is one of our favorite breakfast/brunch spots in Lincoln. They get extremely busy during peak breakfast hours on Saturday and Sundays so plan accordingly. They were able to put our name into the system and sent a text message when our table was ready. Super nice to sit in your car while waiting for the table.Parking: Good Evan’s is located in a strip mall. Parking is shared with other businesses, but never had an issue finding parking.

We ate breakfast at Good Evans recently--had never been there before--and found the food to be excellent. It was a busy Saturday morning, and the atmosphere was nice. However, our server Paige, a constant scowl on her face, did her best to ruin all that. She did the minimum, and her behavior and attitude bordered on the impolite. Despite our disappointment at the poor service, we'll be back to sample other things from their interesting menu.

There is always a wait but the food is always worth the wait. My friend and I had 16 names ahead of us, but we got seated in less than 30 minutes. Ordered the breakfast sandwich which was so hearty (egg, ham, bacon, cheese) and the hash browns were so delicious, too! Certainly a top breakfast spot in town. ?

Seriously, try the Benes. They're probably the best in town. The tea is all natural, I just wish I got more of it. It was the best Earl Grey I've had. Well worth it.

Came here and had the French toast with strawberries and bananas on top some coffee to drink. The waitress came to our table often to check on us and top our coffee off. The place was very clean.I loved the artwork on the wall so whoever decorated this place did an amazing job it looks great and makes you feel right at home. The food was amazing I was sad my stomach was not able to eat all that was on my plate so much food. And not to mention the fact I was impressed that it cost a fortune for what we got. Will definitely be coming back.
