They weren’t very busy but it took nearly 30 minutes to get a sandwich. The employees were nice, I don’t think it’s their fault just seems like the management doesn’t schedule enough people.

99% sure I got food poisoning from the capicola. I've gotten the Italian before but it was super spicy for some reason. I had paid for double meat but it didn't look like I got double, which might have been a good thing if the capicola is what has me rushing to the nearest bathroom.

We love ordering from Mr. Goodscents and never have issues, but this time we were so DISAPPOINTED. We had ordered for delivery but when we received our order the large diet Dr Pepper was just carbonated water no syrup, the Philly cheesesteak had four round globs of steak not even spread out with one sliver of green pepper and one sliver of onion. The other sandwich was also missing ingredients and did not have double meat like requested. Unacceptable and probably won’t be ordering again.

Ordered online for a work event. Said it would be ready at 12:30. Got there at 12:30. Didn't leave until 1. It was 5 sandwiches and I watched them wrap them up then open them all back up to see what they had done. After waiting, they handed me 5 cups to fill the drinks up myself. I tipped 10 bucks and want it back.

I just want to say how amazing the staff did on a Saturday afternoon, 6/7/25. They were absolutely SWAMPED, drive thru was hit hard, plus in store, ice machine was out of ice, napkins were out, Karen’s all over the place, and the staff handled themselves w/ professionalism and consistency. I think they deserve a kudos, they did amazing

I had not seen a Mr. Goodscents in years so I had to stop. Looks like they changed the name to goodscents. I got the Penny club sandwich and it was like I always remembered, delicious! I like their fluffy white bread and the oil/vinegar on the sandwich is my favorite. Couldn't go wrong. The cookies weren't great.
My buddy got the Philly steak sandwich, he said it was okay. Nothing great.
I see they have these casserole meals now. So they have added some variety.
For me, ill stick to what I enjoy and that's their cold cuts!
Prep area was filthy it looked like a salad bar had blown up , staff was more concerned about having a good time with each other the lady making my sandwich had to ask 3 times what was it I ordered again it was ridiculous maybe some adult supervision might be a good idea it also looks like the 8 inch turns out to be the new 6 inch again ridiculous

Don't bother to tell me to contact you because owner of this location reached out after a survey to offer me a coupon for my next visit then didn't reply after I asked twice if this was what the 6 inch should look like. I'll stick to Jersey Mikes where there's plenty if toppings and a 6 inch doesn't look like a mini kids.
